For a chain restaurant, burgers are pretty darn good. Endless fries or salad as a side, not a bad deal! Plus they have some pretty good desserts too.
Service was great. We had a party of 14 including children on a Tuesday night. Not only were none of our orders sent back to the kitchen (great job kitchen staff) but the kids meals were prioritized and came out sooner than the adult's food. It was thoughtful. Both of our waitress' were great. Thank you Sharon.
Unfortunately not so good at Red Robin. First the good stuff, atmosphere is fun and lively and inside is clean. Service from Scott was fantastic and very friendly. Just the bad stuff is too overwhelming. Food was served really, really...really cold (how does this happen??). Both the burger and fries cold. Server gladly took care of the issue and brought another order after a while. This time hamburger is overcooked. At that point you give up. Nothing wrong with the service, but everything wrong about the food.
I have been there twice now since I've moved here. I ordered for a pick both times and some odd happened both times. First time I ordered turkey and chicken burger and got beef and turkey. Second time I order 2 veggie burger, one with bun and one without but got both with buns. And one of my avocado had their shell on. Looks the employees do not read the order details and rush the orders. The food flavor and taste overall was good so giving it 3 stars.
Me and my family decided to go for lunch today. As soon as I walk inside I’m started down by the host who is a younger woman with short curly hair who has the worst attitude ever. I say hi after the awkward stare down and get asked “how many”. My sister tells her how many of us are there and she stays completely silent. My sister asks how long the wait is and she completely ignored her question and rolled her eyes. You can tell her coworkers were annoyed with her as well. I don’t know if she’s new or going through a bad day but we all have bad days and still go to work and treat people with respect. ON THE OTHER HAND , Cassie who was our waitress was outstanding and apologetic about our experience. She made our stay much better and made small talk with us making us feel welcomed. The food was amazing ?
If I could give 10 stars I would! Love this place from the moment you walk in until the moment you leave I always have a great experience ! Today was extremely special and I want to give Cassie and Roseann a shoutout and a thank you for making my date with my daughters very special ! Cassie knew the menu, was very polite and I loved her energy! The food was so good I love their sweet potato French fries ?and their freckled lemonade was perfect cold flavorful and refreshing. We will definitely be back!!
This was my first visit to Red Robin. What a wonderful experience. Our waiter Ryan was on point and kept us supplied and waiting on nothing. The food was excellent. Free fry refills. Onion rings were so crisp and tasty. I highly recommend. Thank you for a great first trip to your establishment. I'll be back.
Packed for a late Satutday lunch, the promised 30 minute wait was less than 10. Jenn (server) was simply outstanding: fast, meticulous, super friendly, polite, and took only mental notes for a party of 5, and got everything exactly correct. Amazing! Food was outstanding, too, with everything cooked/prepared exactly as ordered. Jenn was Simply awesome experience.
Horrible service by there Manger named Dallas.Soon as I sat down he tells me to move my truckI had no problem. There are literally 2 other families here he was up set I parked in Togo when someone was in my way so I'm gonna take the spot .Our waiter was more professional Ryan Kelly on point. Highly Satisfied other than the Manger who has a staff meeting in the entrance where I got 2 uncomfortable stare downs by staff .How bout you give your job to Ryan so he can run this establishment. With Class. I go to Many Restaurants By Far I give this place a 0Will never come back.And Thanks Ryan for a great experience even though your Manger is Trash. Me and my friend were craving some good food and came here our waitress was nice. Our food was 10/10 which I was surprised because I heard it’s okay but it was great. We got wings, mozzarella sticks and more and most of it was good. The salmon wasn’t good but that was on me for ordering that there. Would go there again.
