I just ordered from this place last night and I ordered a pizza and sprite for delivery. I spoke with someone on the phone who turned out to be manager, he was extremely rude and disrespectful. I questioned his delivering method of having to show my ID and credit card in order to get my meal… but once delivery guy came, he did not ask for either. The manager on the phone constantly cut me off and, even told me to that he wouldn’t basically take my order and to order online. In which at that time, I was hungry and irritated so I just said I would just order the food over the phone. Before I could ask how long it would take, the manager disconnected the call. Very unprofessional customer service.
Pizza is good but the gyros are terrible. Plus they gave me extra food I didn't order that I had to pay for along with the receipt I was given at the table was completely different than what they charged me for. When I asked for the original receipt back they gave me a whole different receipt. If it wasn't for the fact my husband likes their pizza I would never go back as it's absolutely terrible service and food everytime we go.
Freaking Indian Rashi very mean on the phone and rushing me 2 order and I forgot half of my stuff. Call Angelina's Pizza right down the street is the best customer service and the best food
Don’t buy from these ppl, I found a dead roach in my cheese pizza ? when I tried to call back and complain the man at the desk hung up on my face and said it isn’t their problem. Very bad customer service BE AWARE!!!
I’ve been ordering from prospect since I was a kid over 20 plus years however in the most recent years their costumer service over the phone has been COMPLETELY DISGUSTING!!! They are very rude and will barely let you get a word out without being rude!! GOD FORBID you hesitate and they are ready to disconnect the cal! I called in to place my order and his first words were “ pick up or delivery “ I told him that “ I wasn’t sure yet and would know once I received the total “ he continued to cut me off and disconnected the call! I called back to let him know how unprofessional he was and that he’s lost a customer. He stated he’s fine with that ! Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND!
Overall a very quiet place to eat not many people populate the place. The waiter was to quick in trying to take the order felt kind rushed and didn’t get the drink that we’d like. We had to stand up and ask for cups with ice. The tenders and fries looked like they were thrown together and tasted like they were out of a freezer. The lamb gyro had basic flavor with to much yogurt in the white sauce and again it didn’t have enough time put into presentation. Overall it wasn’t eaten and brought up to front to be removed from the bill. The pizza was a little on the greasy side but that can be dabbed with a napkin however half bacon and half jalapeños the bacon had pieces of fat that were a little chewy as far as eating the pizza is concerned.
Absolutely do not eat here. I ordered a large pizza, wings and a tuna salad and got horrible food poisoning. I asked for a refund and they flat out said no. Bad food. Bad customer service. Never eating here again and I wouldn’t recommend them either.
Prospect pizza Restaurant is amazing their food is on point and the waitress was very friendly and helpful this place is very recommended on my end stop by and show some love to Ms.GEE
The waitress G was awesome very friendly and hospitable. Co worker or other kitchen staff was yelling at her at which made her and ultimately affected her bubbly spirit
Just low quality overall. Pizza was rubbery and overly greasy. Gyro was drowning in the tzatziki sauce.
