Smoothie tastes like chalk, this is a secret smoothie shop disguised to sell Herbalife Nutrition products part of the Multi-Level Marketing Scheme. This company was sued so many times that they are not allowed to have a store front with their name. So here we have little "nutrition shops" popping up left and right selling over-priced crystal-lite that isn't FDA-approved and research shows causes liver-damage. Please at least give real fruits and veggies if you are trying to charge more than $10 for a smoothie, and not use us as part of buying into your membership and encouraging people to become distributors or buy into MLM. Pyramid Scheme.

I absolutely LOVE Overflow the drinks are 10/10 having 2 kids I can always use some extra energy and their Energizing teas always do the tick.(Watermelon refresher a must try) . And special times during the week there’s protein donuts, my daughter (6) has said the are the best donuts she’s ever had(of course I agree) mom win for a healthy snack! It’s not just the drinks that have made overflow my go to spot it’s the people who work there. The energy is amazing and uplifting and you always leave excited for the next time you can come back.

Literally my favorite place to get a protein shake and tea!!!! You can mix and match flavors and they have donuts and protein balls to go!!!! I’ve been going here for months!!! The staff is just amazing!!! 100% recommend.

Overflow has been such a wonderful addition to the West Hartford Community. Shawna, Ashley, Erika and their team make each experience positive, fun, and inspiring. They take time to walk you through the menu, answer any questions you may have and love to get to know you as more then a customer. Overflow provides the perfect morning or afternoon "pick me up", specifically the cotton candy level 2 tea! Can’t say enough good things about Overflow ! The vibes are unmatched , shakes are amazing , the cookie dough oats are the best . The energizing teas are so fun and flavorful they are so creative and innovative . Definitely a must for me at least once a week .
