Very expensive, for not expensive food... but i guess that's the times... Waitress was fantastic! Cook steamed broccoli even though we asked for "raw". Not sure why it was confusing... If you go to here, ask for Tieshea. Absolutely fantastic!I got the tour of Italy. The Alfredo broke... But the flavor was good. Lasagna was ok, chicken Parm was not pan fried, or it comes pre cooked ... Oh well. Still comfort food

This was my first time at this location, but if the young lady whom catered to the wants and needs of myself, my two brothers, plus our wives was any indication of the rest of the staff there, it will certainly not be the last. Hanna, our wait-person was not only visually beautiful, but so was her demeanor, funny, courteous, extremely patient, and pleasant. Our meals were all great looking and tasted similarly. There wasn't a single issue with any aspect of our time spent dining, but I and my family members want to acknowledge Hanna for being so lovely!??????

Me and my other 8 friends went out to dinner and our waiters were Ty and Hayden. The service was EXCELLENT! They made conversation with our table and were delightful overall, service was speedy. My food didn’t get put in right away but Ty rectified that immediately, came out five minutes later. They handled our split checks wonderfully without complaint, we felt terrible lol. We loved talking with her and Hayden and our experience was wonderful, would definitely come back.

I’m really disappointed of my Orders this is the third time and this month the my salads is old.I am being really upset that I can’t enjoy those spoil salads!!!!!!

What a disappointment! We ordered fried calamari and baked ziti. Small, burned, dry calamari is just really bad. Had to throw 2 orders away since they are just not edible. Baked ziti was good as usual.

Ordered gluten-free Rotini due to allergies (not lifethreatening, but still painful) and they served meRigatoni, which has gluten. I understand accidentshappen and wouldn't have docked so many starsdue to this, if our waitress hadn't insisted that sheindeed served me gluten-free rotini. We had to callher over multiple times and, because she seemedfrazzled, we tried to handle it with grace and not be accusatory. But she refused to acknowledge that the pasta on my plate was rigatoni and not the gluten-free rotini. Maybe she was just embarrassed about being wrong? I don't know, but when food sensitivities/allergies are at risk, it seemed crazy to us that she didn't know the 4'ish basic pasta shapes served here. If both my partner and I hadn't ordered gluten-sensitive meals, I could see how maybe she misheard, but she even repeated back "gluten-free rotini" when I ordered. I finally had to pull up the Olive Garden website and menu on the third time we called her over (because she'd just walk away when we were trying to talk to her) to visually show her that what she ordered for me was wrong. Only then did she say "well, I can take it back to the kitchen, but I still think this is the gluten free option.5 minutes later she runs by saying "they're fixingyour order, it should be out in just a minute. Youdidn't eat any of that other stuff, right?" I asked herto cancel my order. That item was removed fromour tab and they brought it out in a to-go container,but I didn't feel very confident eating it. I'll beoffering it to a neighbor who doesn't have glutenallergies, since it seems wasteful to throw it away.Was really disappointed in how the situation was handled. I do not recall an apology from the waitress or manager.

I have been to other olive gardens before with a great experience and this was my third time here and I had to do a review in hopes it would make a difference somehow. Every time I came it was the same exact scenario my food took forever to come out and my server "different person each time" had explained that it was not their fault and they were doing everything they could to try and get my food as fast as possible but the kitchen was taking way to long and it wasn't just me I heard and seen them apologizing to other people each time I went and my servers would keep offering us bread, drinks, soup and salad and honestly I wouldn't even want any more food after it finally arrived it is a shame and it has been over the course of months this has gone on far too long it cant be coincidence this only happened when I went it is very sad to see the waitstaff being so apologetic and desperate to try and make up for the mess in the back some people were so upset they were wanting refunds and were discussing not tipping so that they would quit and the staff " waitstaff and bussers i believe" can be seen and heard talking in the hallway to the kitchen about this happening all the time and how they struggle to make what they can or should at other places and that management trys to blame them for poor service and walkouts! needless to say when my food arrived it was burnt and the rest of the food for my table for the most part looked as if it was sitting out for a long time as the pasta was hard and dry where the sauce was not on it and the sauce had a film over the top of it ....most of the food other than 1 plate seemed this way disgusting! Other parts were cold and some plates were very hot like they were reheated.

First let me say we all have been affected by Covid-19 and I do understand the short staff business are going through. However, in this unique instance what we see here is an employee named Jaycen having issues with management and decided to service poor customer service. The dirty plates you see in these pictures are placed there by the employee so other customers won’t sit at the bar just because he is having a bad day. On top of that we waited for this employee practically 20 minutes at the bar looking at him and he looking at us waiting for service not to mention the cold food we got after we placed the order. By far the worst service ever and let me tell you I will never go back there to eat again. What’s ironic is that all long the manager is there right next to this employee while all this is going down.Despite the bad service got from Olive Garden we still tipped this gentleman good. Great job Olive Garden!!!

Waiters were very unwelcoming and made my wife and I feel very uncomfortable…I’m not dining anywhere I don’t feel comfortable. Thanks for ruining the experience before it started! Will be reaching out to corporate with my concerns

Best Olive Garden I've been to in a long time. The food was fresh and delicious! ? the service by Leahna D was impeccable. Our 1yr old and 3yr old may have made a mess but her unbridled service was on point. One thing is to have a good cook in an establishment but to have the delivery of superb quality service and knowledge, just exceeds all expectations. We will definitely be going back to this olive garden for many years to come! Italian Margarita for the win! Highly recommend ?
