Despite stating $0 tip for a takeout order, they charged a $5 "tip". For what "service"?Food was basically noodles rolled in a grocery store sauce. Yucky. And charged $10+ for tasteles food?Never going back.
My review isn't about the food. I was disgusted and didn't even make it through the door. They have their trash bins located by the front door. They can be seen through the window. They were overflowing with trash and it did not look very busy inside. It was very off-putting. I ended up having my dinner it the Poke place 2 doors down.
I will never eat in an establishment where a manager takes it upon themselves to ask folks to leave bc of their gender choices! Their personal and backwards opinions should be left at home where they belong. Seems your manager in Iowa did just that! Rather than take the opportunity to teach their staff about tolerance for difference, he used them in his little speech to reinforce his own insecurities. Of course the staff may not have felt uncomfortable at all and he was lying. I am thinking they were lying about that. Is this head offices policy? Do you encourage harrassment and discrimination? Its ok to bring their uptight and out-of-date views to work and speak for your company? Which this person did! There is too much competition out there to really dangle that carrot. Just look what's happened to Chick-fil-A. This manager needs to find a job where being that kind of idiot is acceptable.
Good noodles served fast. Lots of variety. Friendly staff.
The food was pretty mediocre. The flavors and ingredients are okay but the noodles were pretty mushy. Friendly and informative staff and a discount for 1st responders. It's worth repeated visits to see if you can find something you like.
Order. Got sent to the wrong store online (this one) and I've been trying to call this store to cancel the order and get a refund but the problem is. No one is answering the phones, or it is hung up after 1 to 2 rings.Update: got an Email from a Manager named Tom the next day saying they didn't receive my order and asked for proof.I sent back two emails with the screen shot of my order. 2 weeks later and still no response.
I've had food here before. First time finding a hair. Just be more careful guys
Hands down the poorest service I have ever recieved. The food is great, been eating at the Southington location for years but when i try this one they mess up my order. Just Mac and cheese with chicken and a coke is all I order. So I called. I was hung up on 6 times, each time having to jump through automated hoops just to get hung up on again. It was the rudest experience I've ever had as a customer and as someone who is a restaurant franchisee, I have to say if I could give negative stars, I would.My meal even came cold.
Placed an order online and went for pick up didn’t realize they forgot the meat until I got home went back and they refused to remake the food with the meat instead offer to make it on the side like my pasta wasn’t made 40 minutes ago just poor customer service
Food was gross. Music was too loud. Noodles where cold even though we ate them as soon as they where served to us.
