I went here for the first time a few weeks ago. We ordered a large portion of chicken fried rice and an order of chicken wings. The woman behind the counter was delightful and friendly. I'm glad the food lived up to the quality of service I received while picking up the food. The rice and chicken were well above average compared to other establishments I've visited throughout CT. Delicious food and excellent service. Glad there are still businesses thriving despite the impact of the pandemic. Thank you, New Taste of China!

Heads up, Hartford. This New Taste of China is by far the finest Chinese food this side of Manhattan, NYC.The front cashier woman is going a million miles a minute with take out, delivery, and even dine in @ the 2 cute little tables.The owner is smiling, he's kind and he is very helpful about the menu. Decent English, too.The chef in the back waves both hands in the air as if to say, " thank you for coming in, now get ready for my succulent food" ~By the time youve walked out, you already know....You have been served a bucket full of Chinese LOVE!And by the time you have finished your meal??? You know you will have to tell your family and friends, and you will be back soon, and often.Do NOT hesitate, its the "New Taste of China", just over the WH /Hfd line, New Britain ave, next to Auto Zone, tucked in next to Pho' Saigon, Vietnamese fare.GEEZ....I have to go!!! My food is hot and ready!!!
I love eating and ordering from this restaurant, the dumplings and food are freshly made not frozen or pre cooked. This restaurant is a must!!!!! They deliver quickly and the restaurants kitchen is always clean which is a plus. Great customer service but most importantly fresh food!!!!!
First time customer food was prepared fast and hot the ice tea is really good fries where fresh not stale I had the general tso with egg roll and fries good size and price
I eat here very often, food is always fresh and done fast. Never a long wait, prices are the best and I'm always full afterwards. Customer service is great!!!
