I went with my sister and nieces for the first time to Mecha and we left their extremly happy with the service and delicious food. The staff members are truly amazing. From the moment we arrive we were greeted with a smile. We didn't have to ask for water, they came up and refilled our glasses every time. I love how they work together to provide exceptional experience to their customers. All the food we had was delicious. I would recommend to anyone. Thank you for the wonderful experience.
Seating could be an issue if they’re busy; but it’s some good ramen. If you’re looking for a good ramen chain in the east coast, they are good but if you’re searching for something more authentic you could check out some more local shops in the West Hartford area.
Busy as a friday evening gets , drinks were amazing the bartender wow'd us with her drinks! Had the flower bomb sangria and a Sifu Lee presentation was immaculate! Staff were courteous checked in often and cleared the table seamlessly Ramen was piping hot and very tasty opted for the hot chili oil add in do recommend if you like an extra kick overall good staff , good drinks, calm atmosphere and great Ramen/Pho
We had delish take out previously and decided to eat in. They have many dishes that I want to try so we had Sizzle beef pho with suggested add ons. The kimchi fried rice. The sake flight. OMG delish and sooo tasty. The wait staff was friendly and serving timely. We started with the rice and it had just right heat to the kimchi and bacon was a nice touch. We had to stop ourselves from eating it all because we wanted the pho. I could not finish the big bowl of pho. The broth has a flavor If savory with touch sweet spice. Smelled phenomenal and tasted great too. I am hooked. Had to bring soup home could not eat it all. Got additional noodles so all set for lunch. We will be back!!!!
Always searching for a solo that way I can feel comfortable eating by myself I came here and enjoyed my time at the bar Christine was awesome and help me review the menu so I can understand a little bit of it and get some tasty sake. She was freaking great even offer me more noodles for my Ramen ? broth. Extra clean I came around 12 PM on a Thursday very ideal if you don’t mind eating lunch by yourself. Thank you Christine!!!
Great food (wings and ramen) and great service. However the space is relatively small so I would recommend getting a reservation because we had to wait in front of the door and it was extremely cold. The architecture of the doorway also allows cool air to get in periodically which creates a cold space but other wise I like it. Parking is kinda bad but you can figure it out.
This place honestly slaps, the tonkatsu ramen 2.0 is my go to item on the menu and never ceases to amaze me. I love the atmosphere and the quality and amount of food you get. You really do get the bast bang for your buck!
Loved it!! I got Shoyu ramen and added chili oil for some spice (picture is before I added it) it was delicious and I even ordered a whole second serving to bring home!
Dishonest business.They try to charge me more than the listed price on the menu. Check your receipts! They try to avoid handing customers receipts by having customers pay electronically though their hand-held device.When I asked for a refund on the discrepancy they made, it took them 10 minutes to tell me that the manager is currently on the phone and I had to wait. The waitress that told me I had to wait was extremely disrespectful and entitled - she acted in a manner that was unprofessional and rude to the customers, I mean after all, I had just been scammed.Their food is honestly too subpar for the price and it takes long for the food to come. Broth is way too salty.None of the workers here seemed to know how to wear a mask properly.Would not go here again or any of their chains. Don't waste your time!
Ordered Kimchi Fried Rice through the website for pickup, the food was done exactly on time and tasted excellent.
