Cold fries is what I got. They added sausage even after I mentioned to take it off from my sandwiches. I had to throw off whole brkfst as all of them had sausage. My experience both time of my visit was bad.
Personally, I think this might be the worst operating McDonald’s I’ve ever seen. No matter what you ordered your gonna be sitting their 25 min at least, and there’s not even a drive through. For reference I have worked at a McDonald’s myself in my youth and this location isn’t half as busy as my old location. My last time I went there I received a mchicken with no freakin chicken. After, I already had to go back twice to get my frappe and forgotten other sandwich. They have messed up orders countless times for me and others. The only reason I even making this comment is because I ran over there (1.2 miles) for my sick gf to get her favorite foods from McDonald’s and she was quite disappointed when she had no chicken in her sandwich and DON’T EVEN GET ME STARTED ON THE ICED TEA. It’s sledged up all on the bottom and tastes like your drinking a aquarium. They need to have serious management change or have a stronger training system this is unacceptable.
Fresh food always. The wait is always long but it's worth it. Very professional staff. Everytime I visit the inside is always clean and neatly kept. I honestly have a Mickey Ds 2 min away from my home and I drive 13 minutes to get to this McDonald's. Visit. You won't be disappointed
Really have to pay attention to your order, I got the wrong stuff again. I usually order a lot, breakfast sandwiches are close to 5$ each, I know everything is rising on $$, but quality should too. Most of the time I can't just go back when they make an error, I have 3 kids, hard to do. ?
I don't fancy this location at all. The service was rushed and they had no idea how to ring up a tax exempt order. The food wasn't warm or hot considering we waited 30 minutes for our food.
What the hell is this? Seriously. I ordered online I didn’t even get my fries or drink. They sent me this messy a$$ sandwich & a completely different order.
I went there at about 630 pm...Sunday evening.. food was old... fries were lukewarm, not crispy, burgers were not fresh...over cooked and dried out, the chicken sandwiches were greasy and when I held the sandwich the grease leaked out the bottom side of the sandwich on my shirt.. it was very greasy... the food was not edible... I wasted nearly $15.00 on food that could not be enjoyed. The raccoons got it. West Hartford McDonald's will not get my business again. Terrible.. also the clerk was sneezing repeatedly without blocking with his hand...he did go and wash his hands but gee... that was just plain nasty...
How I know it's McDonald's, but that said every McDonald's operates very differently so I think it is important to point out when the service stands out better than others. Did not catch your name but all the staff were very nice can professional as well as I believe a very nice female manager who was slender with a bit of blue in her hair.. when running in quickly after realizing a small honest mistake on my order, she immediately had my entire order remade perfect are you sent me out the door with a smile and a genuine thank you. No this ordinarily would not be you stand out type of behavior but in a world where there are more McDonald's than can be counted I think it's nice to point out when a team and team leader stand out better and many other McDonald's experiences. I appreciate how hard you all work there
The customer service is concerning here. They did forget a 10 piece with sauce. The employee told me “I know I put a 10 piece in there.” You do not say that to a customer. I also wasn’t rude, my exact saying was “hi, I’m just missing a 10 piece with my buffalo sauce.” Showed her the receipt, and she needed me to repeat it again twice, then she says “I know put a 10 piece in there.” If the customer does not have a reciept then it’s understandable to say no, but for me to show her the receipt, proof of what I was missing and getting that response was rather uncomfortable. I then had to ask two additional times for the sauce. I work at a McDonald’s and when I customer is missing something I either look at the screen if the order is still there or I ask for a receipt, I do not say I know I put it in there.
Stopped by late tonight 1030-11 to grab my son a shake he was craving before we picked him up at the hospital...it had been an emotional time, the great guy working there ran back to grab ingredients to get the shake machine going and then said it was on him! And he knew nothing of what we were going through. It was a small thing, but also huge. Humans are kind! Happy new year again! Hope your bosses see this.
