I work closeby at a nursing home and i pre ordered thru uber eats so when i went to pick up my meal, its Been a 10m wait the 1st time, then again i was forced to pay for a meal 2x because my order went to Glastonbury instead and was just 1 burger. Poor customer service, fries are always old and soggy ever since the last manager left. Will not be returning because its fine for them to make mistakes but when a customer does, i forced to pay twice. Im a nurse and have limited break if lucky enough to eat during a shift thru pandemic. Thanks.
Good food, though I've never seen more than four guys working.
I had a bacon cheeseburger with Cajun fries. It was delicious. I would have given it five stars but I found it a little expensive. It's an okay place but nothing to write home about. The menu is not intuitive for new comers. Good thing is, they cook your food in front of you, that is always a plus. The stars are really for the bacon cheeseburger. It was a twelve dollar burger; just the burger.
This is my first time here and OMG. The cashier was so nice to explain everything they offer and was patient with me when he was taking my order. I loved the fries and the dogs and burgers are amazing. Definitely coming back.
The employees there are disrespectful and ignore you when you need help (LITERALLY TRYING TO FIND THE CURBSIDE PICKUP AREA FOR THEM TO BRING ME THE FOOD). Laughing at you while you try to ask a question then ignoring you. That employee should have never been hired and he should be fired. I had 3 small children all in car seats in my car. One was asleep. I ordered curbside pickup for a reason.I never got my food. I did not receive a refund. And my CHILDREN were hungry for another hour while I tried to find them something else to eat that I knew they would eat. Disgusting place of business. Should be ashamed of yourselves.To the woman who FINALLY answered the phone after 30 minutes, I appreciate you. You were very respectful.As for that establishment, hiring better employees like the one who answered the phone would do you good.
I don't know if they were upset that we came in at 9:30 last night, but it tasted like they put sugar on our fries instead of salt. They were inedible.Our other food tasted fine, thank goodness.
Let’s just say, here THEY WILL NEVER Disappoint, clean & quick . Overall 10/10 will recommend . Especially for the little cheeseburger, & Cajun fries ?

Place is an absolute disaster. I get it people are short staffed, but rude employees should not be tolerated. 30 minutes for a cold burger and wrong sides. Thanks!
