We ordered a frozen drink and received an iced. We didn't notice until drinking the liquid part and realizing it was full of ice cubes rather than it being a rather melted frozen beverage. When we brought it to their attention, the worker complained LOUDLY. Ma'am, if you had made the correct drink the first time we wouldn't have complained even if it didn't taste great because it would have been what we asked for.Tldr: the drink was fine but the customer service wasn't
Went to this DD this past weekend to get a coffee. As I entered I noticed that they had Spanish music playing. In front of me was a family with 3 small children who were speaking Spanish. As I waited in line began listening to the loud music they had on which ended up being Reggeton which very vulgar lyrics. Every bad word you could imagine. I cannot believe that management would allow their employees to use their phones to hook up to the speaker system to play their kind of music. Will never return to this DD. As I was walking out was trying to get email address on sign on the wall to send a complain when one of the employees gave me a dirty look. This place does not deserve my money or money from any family. Totally unacceptable.
service is trash , they got some little kids working that but atleast i didn’t have to wait for starbucks .
The staff was friendly and had our order ready quickly. I'd reccomend this DD to anyone looking for their coffee or sweets fix.

The place is awful with customer service and I blame management. Associates seem rude and burnt out.. everything takes forever. It takes 10 minutes to order sometimes because there’s lack of training. While I know it’s tough to hire I work on retail myself.. it can’t be this hard for dunkin to find people that they develop and grow.
Best donuts. Took some time to find the ones I like and since then happy with what I found.

They need to shut this Dunkin’ Donuts down or hire a completely different team with actual skills. This is a fast paced environment. The management hires just anybody and don’t train them properly. There is no reason why the employees are as slow as a snail and I used to work at a Dunkin with a drive thru. Also when someone orders on the go read the receipt, put everything together and if they order food put the sticker on the bag. I shouldn’t have to get in line if it’s a ON THE GO ORDER. Learn how to do your job.
I ordered on the go. My order didn't print so I had to wait for a half hour to get my order. The manager told me that they had to make the orders in the order that they come in and that I couldn't cut the line. Yet orders that were placed after mine were getting made before mine. My croissant was burnt, my hashbrowns sat on the counter get cold while they made my croissant and they didn't give me my drink, I had to ask for it.
