Great donuts and good coffee. Breakfast sandwiches are small and don't have any flavor. Staff are lazy and uncoordinated.
Place was dirty...floor needed to be swept..trash running order...more ice than refresher
Great coffee and there's ice cream inside too like 2 stores in one friendly staff got my order right a good little spot for good coffee
Baskins was very good, and still reasonably priced during times of inflation and understaffing.
Coffee wasn't great, girl behind the counter was more interested in her text messages than taking care of us. Very annoying
Went in at 11 am on a Saturday and was told they are not serving food. How do you not serve food in a restaurant. And if that’s the case, put a sign in the door so I don’t waste 15 minutes in line to find out you aren’t serving food.
It was a pleasant experience here the new assistant manager was very polite and quick to help move things along.
morning staff is horrible and you can tell they don't want to be there which is a direct reflection of poor management . coffee tasted watered down.manager btw was having sick staff come in any way who then tested positive for covid and tried not to tell other employees. It was running rampant through that location and they were not in communication with staff ,customers or the health dept which was relayed to me by employees they had to bring in from other locations to work there. One worker in the morning is absolutely horrible..rude & loud ..she came from the location that used to be on New Brit ave. Not going back
It was okay. The girl that was working was a bit rude and wouldn't even take off her headphones. She seemed like it was an inconvenience to help us and was annoyed while we looked over the menu.
Denied me coffee because they didn't feel like serving me. Open sign was on and doors were not locked at 9:40pm.Google says they close at 10pm. I will be calling corporate tomorrow with a complaint.
