This Dunkin never fails, every time I order anything from this location the coffee ALWAYS tastes burnt, the customer service is trash, and there is ALWAYS SOMETHING missing from my order. It’s truly a disservice, and quite the inconvenience if I have to go back in, when I gotta get to work.
so i accidentally placed my dunkin order to the wrong dunkin location completely my fault. so i called and asked if they could cancel it. employee told me they couldn’t and i have to cancel in the app (knowing that you cannot do this on the app i didnt want to argue and said ok and hung up) as someone who works in food service i havent ever seen a place that couldn’t do that and if there is dunkin is surly not one of them. i had to take the time to email dunkin send me info and screenshot of my receipt just to get the refund back. wasnt very pleased with this place and felt lied to and felt as thought they just didnt wanna take the time to do it. i know it can be annoying but as food service ppl it is our job and it surely doesnt take long since i called immediately after i ordered and though i know i am also at fault for not paying attention the lying wasn’t necessary from the employee.

The staff works very hard. Evertime I have went in the service is excellent. Management is horrible. Locks the door whenever they feel like so only the drive thru is open. Complimented the employees several time the manager could care less.

They literally charge almost TRIPLE the cost for a egg and cheese wake up wrap . Was 2 for 2 now its 2 for 5!!!! Way to go DD taking advantage of people when everyone is hurting financially! I WILL NEvER GO TO DD AGAIN!!! AND WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW NEVER TO GO AGAIN !! STAY AWAY!!
Friendly staff and the coffee made to perfection.
I went in during the height of the. Reakfast rush and made a large order for my staff. At other locations, it takes 20-25 minutes. It took them less than 10. They were organized, friendly and gave great service. I now know which location is the best!
