I went to Dunkin Donuts on Park Road in West Hartford for a grilled cheese. What I got was 2 slices of dry rye bread with some cheese and bacon microwaved, not grilled. It was terrible.
Horrible service, dirty store and had to repeat my order twice because he is having a full conversation on his phone.
The young man who took care of me was patient, kind,courteous, and understanding; the reason I say this is because I'd went to 3 other Dunkins before this one and all 3 were close an hour before scheduled and the employees were rude. This gentleman did his job appropriately! He shut down when he was supposed to and was so humble! He turned a long, hard evening to a memory!

Love morning staff, best to go m-f that’s the best crew, clean & always greet your weather it’s busy or not . Food made just right . Weekend crew needs training badly . & always some how running out of donuts after 4pm .. Big parking lot .
Ordered a gift card & reloaded my Dunkin card. Then ordered a coffee & tried to use the free donut coupon that was emailed to me by Dunkin. Server refused, saying it was a screenshot. I told her it was not a screenshot. She insisted that it was, at which point, I angrily left the store, no donut.
Great location! Erica & Linda are the managers. They make you feel so welcome. The rest of the staff is terrific. Clean restaurant. Everything is fresh!

Love Dunkin. I would give this visit to this Dunkin 0 stars if I could. 20 minute wait after arriving for an order that was placed online 10 minutes before that. The store wasn't at all busy. The one employee working was more interested in his phone than his job. Offered no explanation for delay not to mention no apology. I would be embarrassed if that were my store.
