Bad DD, no drive through, not fast, VERY FEW breakfast sandwich options and the board is broken (has been for months) so you cant even see any sandwich offerings and the staff didnt know anything.

I love your place of business that you care if they care about their
15 minutes waiting for a coffee. Seemed like app orders were a priority, while walk-in people waited a while.
The Dunkin Donuts' staff was courteous and friendly, great customer service.
They were not as busy, not a line. The lady who took the orders kept the line moving and people kept on leaving. And I was still waiting for my coffee. I told them twice that I was still waiting g for my coffee. I believe she forgot to make me my latte!!
