Horrible order, I paid for double cheese and extra meat for my steak and cheese which is dry and plain. Ordered a 2 liter Coke and received a sprite. Refund please
Reading through the many bad reviews the responses that Domino's posts back are NOTHING like the experience I had when I actually called and talked to the manager who was dismissive and condescending. I have been in the food industry and I know what food poisoning feels like. They are cross contaminating or not keeping things to the correct temps, he was down right rude and said "no way" it was from them they make everything daily from scratch which I know is not true. The owner apparently lives in CA and the manager there now is the only person you can speak with and he flat out doesn't care. He has now lost regular customers as I wouldn't eat from there again if it was free. I will also make sure I let everyone I know not to eat there. You can DIE from food poisoning, you think this would have been more of a concern and the professional thing for him to say is he will diligently check to see if correct food prep is being followed by all his employee. EDIT...While it was the West Hartford Domino's pizza that we ate and got sick from I accidentally called and talked to the manager at the New Britain franchise which is not owned by the same person as the West Hartford one. When I called the number in response to my review (West Hartford) I ended up talking to an employee that took this as serious as it should be. The manager wasn't in but she assured me they would look into this and get back to me. That was all I wanted, no money back, no free pizza just some legitimate concern and looking into this so no one else gets sick. So I appreciate that my concerns were handled in a professional manner.
We've been ordering from this Domino's for more than 10 years. Recently the food has gone WAY down in quality. My wife and I have both gotten food poisoning. Once so bad my wife really should have gone to the hospital. We used to order nearly once a week, then we stopped after my wife got super sick. Just yesterday we deiced to give them another change. My wife ate 1 slice and was sick until 3 a.m. She called the manager today who was dismissive, rude and refused to accept ANY kind of responsibility. Beware if you eat there, they are cross-contaminating or they are not keeping the food at the correct temperature.
I live very close by to this dominoes. They never answer the phone and when I did get to order from there they put one sandwich worth of chicken on two baked sandwiches, I had to go back and have them remake both sandwiches. Now Instead I just go to Maple Ave Dominoes in Hartford. It might be alot further away but the satisfaction and quality of service.....it's worth it
Will not be ordering from Domino's anymore. The food was 2 hours late with zero contact from the store despite by calling them over five times. not only did the delivery driver fail to ring the bell or call or text us, but our family had no idea the food had been delivered. if it wasn't for our doorbell camera we would have never known that the food was dropped off. We were ghosted to avoid accountability. Also considering this order was placed because of a free promotion due to the terrible service we received last week I think that's clear that our business isn't welcome here. And considering there's a Frank Pepe is directly across the street one would think they would go the extra mile to retain customers. A level of patience is expected due to the covid-19 impact but covid or not this is beyond unacceptable and unprofessional. To make matters worse this order was for a child's birthday party.
Standard Domino’s. Fast food pizza tastes always the same. Employees ehh. Pizza on time for pickup. Did not slice pizza.
First time customer at this location. Pizza was ordered at 4:33pm and delivered at 5:52pm. Pizza was cold. They left the Buffalo sauce off the Buffalo pizza. Had to reheat in our oven. Ended up tasting like cardboard.
They don't answer their phone number. Place an order more than 1 hour ago, there is a glitch in the system that does not tract the progress and the store doesn't answer their phones. What a joke pizza shop. Will never order again.
I ordered through the dominos app and i got the notification saying that they were done quality checking my order at 1:25 pm. 1 hour went by and i called the restaurant asking why it taking so long to get here? They told me they were back tracked and that we would have to wait ANOTHER hour for it to be delivered. I thought waiting 2 hours for a pizza was ridiculous so i just ended up telling them to change it to carry out, as they did. I go to pick up my pizza and when i get there they tell me somebody already took it and that they would have to make meanother pizza. This is ridiculous and unprofessional. definitely not ordering from here again.
Like the 4th time my order was in error or missing items but whenever I would call the manager would fix the issues very promptly. Tonight I ordered as usual for me and my kids and dealt with the nosy disgusting attitude I’ve ever encountered at this establishment his name was Chris but he wasn’t the previous manager and when I asked for him he was so disrespectful in telling me he no longer works there. Them I proceed to ask for a manager he yells thru the phone across the room yo Zack she wanna talk to you I ain’t dealing with this. I’d love to speak to the GM because why would you want rude individuals handling your food
