Don’t bother with this place. I ordered sour cream and rice on the side, they charged me $1.25 for each,. We will be going to the one in the center from now on even though it is farther
DO NOT RECOMMEND. Workers do not like to make enough food. Every other location ensures they have enough dressing and toppings until close. This location consistently runs out of salad dressing and other toppings in the afternoon until close and does not make more. Just close the location at noon if your staff is too lazy to ensure there is sufficient food.
First time eating here very disappointed and never will return they barely had any food service sucked all the workers had attitudes. Management definitely needs to step up and hire better workers with good customer service skills.
Location use to be good but now they are usually out of half the ingredients most of the time. Not really that tasty if you're missing key ingredients.Adding to the wound is they barely put half a spoon of main ingredients. Lowest quantity I've ever seen in any chipotle, considering chipotle has consistently raised their price.Location in weha center is much better for chipotle.
My son loves chipotle. I tried 3x but this WH location was disgusting food. Bowl with chicken chips not chunks. Little hard pieces that I almost broke my teeth on. Never again. Taco bell has never disappointed.
Ive been there about 3 times and they never have change you either have a card exact change or go about your day smh horrible and not to mention i ordered a quesadilla and this lady wrapped it as it was a burrito and didnt even toast it im so disappointed
People pay a lot of money for your food but this location always give insanely less foos when ordered for delivery or pickup. Always cut portions in half and only give single instead of double meat when requested ON PURPOSE because this happens 10 out of 10 time.
I ordered on the app for pickup at the earliest time it allowed me to. The food wasn’t ready when I went to pick it up.I was their first customer of the day and they weren’t prepared with my order.
Don’t usually order from this location, but when I do I get so disappointed. My last order had burnt chicken and the salsa was spilled completely inside the bag.
Worst chipotle I’ve been too. The employee that made my burrito split the tortilla twice trying to wrap it and asked me if they could just put it in a bowl. I said I’d rather a new one then they got mad and threw it about 5 feet into the trash. No offense but for $11 my burrito should be right. Also the bathroom was a complete mess.
