I eat a lot of Chipotle. The food is 9/10.This center location is the worst. The management is clearly lazy. The bathrooms are almost never cleaned, they rarely have the fountain drinks operational, and they are the only restaurant in the center without outdoor seating. (Photos)The line workers are often pleasant and helpful. Management has turned a high demand, high rent location into a take out food dispenser because few stay to eat anymore.This is also the location that our delivery comes from and there are always items missing or wrongly delivered. Always check the order before leaving or letting the delivery driver go.Can't eat in, can't trust the take out.
Every single time I come to this specific location there’s always an issue. My husband picked up our order to find it not there. The manager said that it was lost or someone walked off with it. They re made the order. When my husband came home with it -it was incorrect. After chatting with a bot online I called the store and spoke to the manager. He said it was my husbands fault for not watching them re make the order. Unbelievable!
Service is usually fast, food is excellent and people are friendly. Sometimes when they're really busy, online orders are late, but rarely by more than 5-10 minutes
Probably one of the slowest chipotles I’ve ever been to, very pickup order I make is not ready on time. This is the second time I’ve walked into the store and had to wait 10-15 mins for my mobile order. Plus this leave the bags behind the counter instead of at the pickup station .
I had the most beautiful first experience at chipotle the food and people were amazing can't wait to go again
This chipotle is terrible, my order has been canceled multiple times, I’ve gotten wrong orders before and chipotle itself can’t connect us directly to the store which is horrible. The service here sucks!
So typical chipotle you know what you're getting. It's a quick good meal quality is great or terrible. So they really need to prepare for lunch rush there you wait for 40 mins after putting in your online order 20 moms before you get there. So it was 40 Mins late after it said it was supposed to be great. Now I know you can say we'll don't go there. But all of them are like this and it's not everytime. Just work on your lunch rush and you'll be 5/5
Delicious! Maybe should have been a little cleaner, but it was busy in there hard to clean up after entitled teenagers.
Obviously the worst Chipotle, they always get the order wrong and always forget my chips. I’ll order a side of chips and salsa and they forget my chips??? doesn’t make any sense and it’s so annoying
Thank you for charging me a dollar extra for this amount of cheese chipotle, Please get better employees that don’t ration the food that I pay for!
