Great and efficient staff. The food has never disappointed me. The only fast food place I will regularly eat at. God bless this chicken!
Food and peach milkshake was delicious and fresh. Reason for two stars the employee at the drivethru almost everytime i go there i get stuck with fruitie boy. He hates when you drive to see the menu and doesn't bother asking if you want anything else. His attitude stinks like hell. But isn't "Chick-fil-A" a Christian restaurant? Oh and the whole system they got going on is horrible. I wanna place my order and by the time I get to the window I do not want to pull up and wait in a parking spot for my food. Im sure corporate doesn't bother looking at these reviews either.
Ok service, however I was highly disappointed with the breakfast options that was offered at this location. How come spicey chicken is not available; when the website says otherwise?
I have never ever had bad experiences with Chick-fil-A I’m heart broken. but seriously twice I have had my order just all wrong. First complaint I had cold fries and my lemonade was just straight pulp yuck. My second complaint is having to wait for fresh chicken minis then we get them and they were hard huge bummer! The top was soft and fluffy but we couldn’t even eat the rest. So so upset too expensive to be wasting money. This used to be my favorite restaurant ugh!
Bad experience. 2 Chicken sandwiches were forgotten in our drive thru order. Drove all the way home, then drove all the way back and when got there had receipt reviewed and the chicken sandwiches replaced with a flippant drop of the bag on the counter and dismissive walkaway by the EE. Total letdown.
Today i ordered a fruit cup for my daughter (she has an autoimmune disease in her esophagus so she has trouble eating) she went for her fruit cup and there was a salad. Not what we ordered. I called and told them about it. They said I can get a partial refund, for the fruit cup (but would have to go in to get it) , or a new fruit cup. (We stopped on the way back from the airport so we don't live near this chick fil a) I told them I couldn't because I live to far. And they said they couldn't do anything for me. When other chick fil a's mess up my order they actually take steps to rectify the mistake. This one doesn't care. Wouldn't recommend coming here.
Horrible customer service, very horrible. Who ever was serving at 8:32am on 5/12/2022 must of been having a bad morning!!! I ordered three number ones! Two of the chicken sandwiches having bacon egg and cheese with the last chicken sandwich being plain. The sever that morning gave us our food, with two sandwiches being complete with the third one having bacon egg and cheese with bread but no chicken! We wanted the third chicken sandwich with the chicken and bread with no bacon egg and cheese. People taking orders need to be retrained immediately! Tran number:5484Thank you, John Vargas
This one is a hard one to post. I have never ever experienced bad food at Chick-fil-A! I had like seven fries in my box, my sandwich was cold and lemonade was hot. I was so livid and disappointed. My favorite restaurant has truly changed or maybe it was a bad rush for them I don’t know. Whew.
pros:+ amazing food+ very welcoming+ polite and friendly staff+ chicken does not have micro-plastics in it (I'm looking at you McDonald's)+ food came out in a timely mannercons:- no Chick-fil-A's near where I live (came here after a track meet)- closed on sundays (I respect it though)thoughts:▪the Chick-fil-A sauce kind of tastes like mustard (I was not aware of this but it's still good)▪i would literally die for the Chick-fil-A staff they're so nice▪for my first time eating here, it was very pleasant :)9/10. would definitely come back if it was more local (I live in the most rural area ever)
Went through drive thru today about 4:20pm. Service was great. Food was perfect. Amazing flavor perfectly cooked. Thank you Spicy chicken sandwich :)
