Great taste, the icecream was of a creamy texture, good choices on taste and worth the money paid. One of the best Ice creams I have had in USA.

This is one of my favorite ice cream places! I love that I'm nearby. Ice cream is homemade and their small is like a regular size (2 scoops) for the price of a kiddie! Flavors selection is small but worth trying - all are delicious and fresh. My favorite is the coconut with chocolate chunks or the pumpkin with molasses (seasonal). Soo yummy ?

Their ice cream is really good! A couple icy spots, but excellent flavor, and very dense (not that cheap stuff with air whipped in). Mac n cheese is solid too. Donuts are just ok.

Love this place! I got the seasonal peach ice cream last time I went and it was amazing. It was so fresh with chucks of fresh peach in it. Also the Maple walnut is so delicious.

Hazelnut returns!!!!!! Years ago now I was fortunate enough to have far and away the best ice cream flavor I've ever tried, Hazelnut from Arethusa. Ice cream snobs would be hard pressed to find a more delicate, nuanced flavor. The ice cream base itself is hazelnut flavored and hazelnut is definitely the star of the show, with the occasional dark chocolate chunk and actual chunks of hazelnuts as well. This flavor should be added permanently instead of appearing every couple years.

Not happy. Been here several before. This time I brought my 4 y.o. and 1 year old grandchildren. I asked if they offer kiddie cups. They said they could do half a small . OK. I ordered an additional small cup. Went to pay and was changed for 2 small cups, almost $10. ($ is not the issue). When I pointed out the kiddie cup, was told by supervisor "we charge the same, we don't have kiddie cups." I said "then, when I asked the question, the answer should have been no".- suggest they offer smaller portions for toddlers- better employee training- better community relations especially from those in supervisory positions. They lost product, gratuity and most importantly, a customer.. 2 other ice creameries on the same street.

Gluten free options for breakfast include- nothing. All i could grab was a gluten free cookie and it was the last one in stock. Coffee is okayish if you like burnt coffee. Asked staff for wifi password, had who i assume is the manager tell me 2x that there's no wifi password while i stared at the on-screen prompt asking me for said password, then told me i was wrong. None of the staff knew the password either and were arguing amongst themselves if there was one or not ? not worth it unless you're buying cheese. Hartford Baking Co has better food, Milkcraft has better ice cream, and you can make better coffee at home.

The best lattes around, delicious pastries, and wonderful service!

Arethusa is one of my favorite places for ice cream, so while we were in West Hartford Center, we just had to get some! I combined my two favorite flavors, chocolate and strawberry, and I’m always impressed by the generous portion sizes for a small cup. Though parking can be a bit tough, I might actually prefer this location to the original in Bantam just because there’s plenty of seating and room to wait if there’s a line. Luckily for us we only had to wait a few minutes this time!

This place has delicious ice cream!
