Ordered the Spicy Chicken Sandwich, bite into it and the chicken was raw, now I didn’t say under cooked I said raw..!!The manager on the late shift just gave me back my cash and said sorry..
Unprofessional never answer their phones.. Told me they’re hiring but never call u and u call no answer. Simply just ignoring your calls.. Don’t waist your time in Waterbury, seem like they don’t like hiring nobody. Goes outside of Waterbury, and have transportation. Take forever in drive through to get your order.. Very slow..
Do not go here at night. The service sucks. I had to read out my order 3-4 times. They deleted my order and still got it wrong. The lemonade tastes like garbage. The food was cold.
Ordered two meals, got home and it was not what i wanted . They gave me doubles and charged me for it i wanted singles so he didnt ask and assumed . Then the fries were way to salty and my drink had more ice then soda fries were also cold .
?????????????????Wendy's is the Best Fast Food in Waterbury besides FRANKIE'S. I usually get their Baked Potatoes or Chili with a Jr Bacon Chrrseburger ($2 or so). I don't buy anything at Wendy's that's over a few bucks. Some of their Burgers look good on TV but in person it's 10000009 calories and fattening. Tastes good if that's your thing. My ex boss loved the Baconator. Yuck! He lived it.
I just bought some food there and I asked for baconator fries and they gave me a tray with fries and 2 strips of bacon, no cheese and on top of that it was cold, I asked for a diet and a regular coke and they couldn't mark the diet one also they were extremely slow
Wendy's has really improved their fries. They now beat McDonald's fries and that's saying something. The other winner at Wendy's is value. I can get a decent meal for just under $5. Very few fast food venues can say that. The Wendy's breakfast experience is a little underwhelming. The bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit didn't work for me even when promoted for a dollar. The Honey butter chicken biscuit would be a winner except half the time I can't find the honey butter. Breakfast aside Dave would be proud of the legacy he helped create in his daughter's name.
When all fast food restaurants have raised prices, Wendy has always stayed the same.. My opinion, Wendy's has the best burgers & chicken sandwiches compared to all those other fast food places
This place is so ghetto and musty ... literally for the 3rd time they mess up my order.Having to wait in line for so longFinally receiving my food. Opens the bag. I buy from this place a lot and didn’t have any problems until today i work doing food delivery and today the doors were closed and the drive through was full of car the order was marked ready for pickup i went trough the window and ask the “manager” for the order and he told me i have to do the line so I asked another employee and the manager went crazy on me saying that he told me to do the line I’m not the type of person to leave bad reviews but I’m doing my job just like him he wasn’t even polite
