I DO NOT recommend the new Sour Patch Milkshake -Stopped at the Waterbury store today. I ordered two of the sour patch kids milkshakes. They were $5.99 each. The size was probably similar to a medium size elsewhere. They had no flavor whatsoever. The pieces of sour patch were not sour. Very disappointed after spending so much money.
Whoever the manager that was on today April 8th needs to go back to training I was shocked he was the manager he took my order 2 double bacon wth everything n 2 small fries he couldn’t seem to get it ppl tht came in after me ate n left I realized I was waiting 30 mins the cook noticed n came n asked what sour order was he didn’t even have it I had to give him my receipt it’s now 40 mins I go over speak wth the manager and he was rude just asked me what do I want him to do talk about bad service then when I finally get my food he got the order wrong n forgot my fries smh
By far the best burger joint outside of your mom's kitchen. Genuine flavor, when I eat a burger, that's what I want to taste, not over powered by the fixings.Definitely my new spot for a great burger.
Terrible burger .. burnt and black .. some nerve to over cook something And still take my money because it was to go .. you lost me as a customer

Ordered on UberEats and the food was amazing! The chicken tenders were THE best chicken tenders I’ve had in such a long time. A lot of fast food places make their chicken tenders have a kick of spice to them but these just had a delicious chicken taste, no spicyness (which is what I wanted)…they were juicy on the inside and perfectly crunchy on the outside. The fries were the same, perfectly cooked. My son got a double cheeseburger and ate the whole thing and said it was really good. 5 stars, definitely recommend!!

It's quick and convenient. I usually order through PostMates (the Google service). The only reason why I didn't rate it a 5/5 is because even though I live 2 miles from the store, when I get home the fries are usually mushy and soggy. It's happened on 3 separate occasions. Maybe this is just how Wayback does fries?
