Been here at least 5 times, always pleased with service until tonight's visit. Came with my friend and were seated right away with menus. While we sat down, no one attended us and offered waters or asked what we would like to drink. We waited for 20 minutes with no service, it was not a busy night. There were employees standing and/or using phones.
First let’s start off with I lost my wallet about time a found it I was going to be there 10 minutes after closing and let me tell you they actually stayed omg!! after there closing time to wait for us to arrive to receive our pick up order.The Food wasss amazing!!!We had the Combo A with extra Crab legsSauce Cajun seasoning, garlic &butter and Old bay seasoning.Jumbo shrimp with Cajun waffle fries.Will order again. Thank you for waiting until we arrived.
Walking in we seamed to be a bother to the hostess who was sitting at a table cluttered with personal items not a good look the waitress was very nice however. The menu immediately looked gimmicky and gave us a cookie cutter vibe. We ordered the calamari to give it a chance. If you like fresh well cooked seafood this is not the place for you especially if you are from and area that sells good seafood. The calamari is most certainly frozen from a bag and ate like a rubber band. Needless to say being from Maryland we didn’t continue our ordering adventure here….

Great good and customer service
We had fried calamari, onion rings and mozzarella for appetizers (kids) Had combo B, snow crab legs, shrimp and mussels, myself. Hubby had E, king crab, shrimp and sausage with an added side of 1/2lb scallops. When I tell you I had not one negative thing to say about ANY of it, I mean it. The food is phenomenal enough to forget to ask for lemon, something that has never happened. I got the house sauce, mild and hubby the butter garlic, spicy. We both think our's was the best so it's a tie I guess. Kids tore up their mozzarella sticks, fries and onion rings too. Even the service was quick and polite. Hidden little gem in the Waterbury mall. Who knew!?! Not us but we took a chance on it and now this is gonna be one of our top 5 date night spots.
Great place..normally food is exceptional but today the king crab leg shells were soft and no meat! No worth the king crabs anymore at $40 a small/medium leg. The server Shay was Great! Thank you Shay!
I went there today I had the combo with shrimp, black mussels and snow crab legs. Was so disappointed. Snow crab legs were so tiny I didn't even bother Crack them open. Potatoes and corn over cooked and am still waiting to taste Cajun seasons
