Out of my places to go eat list. Food was really bad. Ribs had no flavor and lukewarm at best, fries were soggy.Sizzling chicken, shrimp and cheese wasnt any better, overcooked. It went down hill compared to few months ago.
Good food, good drink and good services. Whiskey-Glazed Sampler is the plate.

I loved everything, especially the dessert, the food was to the point, the cocktails were great, the attention of the staff was always attentive, something that always caught my attention when I go to places like this, I never see the floor manager, and on this occasion always I saw him attentive and watching everything they did, a gentleman with long hair very attentive people so we always need everything to always be perfect
Stopped here on our trip. Food was very good. Salad was crisp and delicious and burgers were fantastic. We were very surprised at the high level of food here.
Ordered take out from here with relatively low expectations, but tgi exceeded every possible expectations I could have. For a Monday at 12 pm they had good customer service and the food was great. TGI fridays still got it !
Takes a lot for me to leave a bad review but after three strikes this is it….. this TGI Fridays location at 335 Union Street in Waterbury is a 50/50 between having a average delivery or a disaster. Guess I’ve gotten the bad side of the coin three times in a row recently. This above is literally what we been getting for fries, almost look like leftovers. Aside from that, the avocado chicken sandwich has had a perfect record of having no avocado.Almost feels as if whoever is filling up these orders is purposely doing the worst job possible…… things has gotten worst since February 2022.Maybe things in person are different but if ordering delivery, consider a different location or a different place altogether.
Food is good but, do not order beers they smell and taste off. When I complained the waitress was rude and didn't care. She had asked if I didn't want the drink and i said yes because i was going to pay for it still 4 minutes later she walks by reaches over and grabs my drink and walks away she never came back to give me any other drink I had to put my arm out so she would stop and finally ask what it was that I wanted the place was empty only thing from keeping this place from going down is how nice and good the cook is
Food was good. Waitress was really nice. However I went to restroom only to see a waitress use bathroom but did not wash hands afterwards. When inquired as to what's going on, was told that they have wash stations but really I still find that nasty and who making sure that they are actually hand washing after they leave the bathroom without washing it. Cleanliness means good health for those you serve. Wash hands please. I don't care if you wash it twice. Just wash them.
Went for lunch on a Sunday and they were out of a lot of items we were looking to order; potato skins, garlic parmesan boneless wings and some other sauces. There was only one waitress for the entire restaurant and her and the hostess were doing their best at fulfilling all the tables but they were too busy to keep up. Took 40 minutes to get our check and we received the wrong bill. This visit was a disaster.
