Horrible. Everytime I order from there. It takes forever. My food be cold. The drivers be there waiting. Horrible service. Slow
DISGUSTING!!!!! I WAS GIVEN A MEXICAN PIZZA WITH A SLICE MISSING! YOU ALL ARE FREAKING NASTY INDIVIDUALS AND SHOULD BE FIRED! This is absolutely disgusting and wrong! Prices are already going up yet service isnt? You guys are making food for other humans to consume! Quit being disgusting. Shame on you. Will never come here again. This place NEEDS to be shut down. Id rather drive to the next town over before i ever roll through this crusty taco bell.
I ordered here at around 10pm a lady named tremaine R took our order when I got to the window she gave me a cup holder with 5 drinks but it was very flimsy and as she was handing the drinks to me and they fell in my car and all she said was a unapologetic sorry and to “pick the drinks up” I showed her the soda that was in my car floor she made my drinks again and I parked but she didn’t give me a receipt and i ordered a quesadilla but was not charged so I went back around and she had a very passive aggressive tone with us implying we were trying to steal but she never gave us a receipt for us to check then after being very annoyed she made the car behind us and us back up for her “time” then we got charged. This was very very unprofessional I have soda all over my car because she couldn’t double stack the cup holder and wasn’t nice I would like a call back for an apology because this was unacceptable service and will be calling corporate to report her because no one in customer service should treat others like that
Rarely does this location make the orders fresh, it's usually had to have been sitting in the hot plates for 15 to 30 minutes... out of 10 times there order was wrong at least 4 of them. It gets the job done tho....
My order quality was pretty bad from here, they just tossed together a quesadilla and it looks like the squeezed everything to one side
Waited 15 minutes at counter no one was taking my order they were servicing the drive-thru only got attention of three separate employees to take my order it wasn't until I left that a customer walked in and was taken care of right away
I know it's 1:30, they close at 2...but 5 items or less and exact change is a little b.s. Simply asked for tacos with no lettuce and got my entire order, all lettuce. Glad I spent 20 min in the drive thru to pay more than what I owe for not what I ordered.
Mediocre typical sad minimum wage employees i should have known better and went else where. You get what you pay for. Unlucky for me it is a Sunday and my favorite place to eat that will only get my business in waterbury is closed.
The staff was friendly and I love the fact that they have the machine where you cn place your order as soon as you walk in
Love Taco Bell but the Thomaston Ave Taco bell in Waterbury Ct is flat out Bad! Attitude from the girl taking my drive-thru order and then I get to the window and pay to be asked by the same girl who was wearing a purple sleep wrap hanging from her head asked me to reverse in the drive-thru back to the yellow pole just so her drive-thru time was good. While waiting she was backing her rear end up while dancing and to top it off I was missing a Taco. My 9 year old daughter said daddy why was she so mean so that should tell you everything.
