Favorite local pizza and fair prices. The last couple of times I got delivery I had issues - one, the driver was given the wrong address, etc. You can pick up but parking can be a pain.
Very rude told me to look on the website. and then had the nerve to laugh when I asked what kind of salads they had never will I order from them again only because what if I didn’t have access to there websites smh poos service
Update 3/20/22 THE BEST PIZZA IN WATERBURY.. they stand behind there food...had mixup with a order. And rocky immediately gave me a replacement. This is great pizza and good people! Go there you will get great service and Food!!
worst costumer service ever . i waited 30 minutes for a small cheese pizza ? mind you i’m 2 minutes away from the restaurant ? RIDICULOUS
I ordered a 12 piece wing. The wings were absolutely disgusting. They were soft the buffalo sauce tasted very poor. I called and explained the way I felt and asked if there was something else they could make me that tasted better. The employee hung up the phone on me. So I went in person and explained how that was absolutely rude. He explained to me that he felt offended, I then told him that I wasn't trying to offend him but the meal was unsatisfying. Why loose out on a customer when you can simply accommodate? He then proceeded to tell me dont ever order from me again and didnt refund me or give me another meal in replace. I would never order from their again. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE AND SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL
Love Rocky's Pizza! Always made the way we want it. The customer service is the best, always nice on the phone and when delivering. I recommend to definitely try it.

Pizza good. Made it clear when ordering that I was at a hotel. When pizza arrived I asked about plastic ware and napkins and was told I was to make that request when ordering. Not knowing this my question is: why doesn’t staff ask customer at time of order???
Pizza was alright, wings were a disgrace. I asked for extra saucy. I opened the box and witnessed a hate crime. Not only was there No sauce the wings were practically white, they were soggy, covered in a horrific breading. Not Only were they not Hot, saucy or appetizing. They looked as though they took a bath in wet bread crumbs . 2/10 would not recommend
