I stopped at Popeyes on Wolcott street today. While one male employee walked around and ignored the customers with one hand down inside the front of his pants and another female employee tried to hide while on the phone also ignoring the waiting customers.After a five minute wait I asked if anyone taking orders. After the third request I was told she was making sandwiches. That was when I met Elsie the only front employee out of three doing anything. Elsie was very nice.The chicken was good but I will not be back anytime sooner Tuesday June 29
Just awful. Ordered online, waited at the store for 20 minutes and it still wasn't ready. Then, I get the chicken home and 3 out of 10 pieces are overcooked and inedible. The employees are rude and clearly dgaf
They need to start completely over with staff and training. They drive thru (no matter what time of the day) is always long and they staff is unprofessional with their dress code and customer service. Food is okay can be a lot better but it definitely needs to be closed and reopened with a better management.
Grossed out by the majority of the people who work here & their service. No one had gloves on, everyone was touching their faces, money, receipts, etc...without washing their hands. Manager was eating food right behind the counter & it seemed like it was a social fest for her rather than her doing her job! Had to wait an extra 10 minutes for our food because a different girl (not the one helping us) forgot to put the receipt down. The girl helping us with glasses was sweet, but the other one needs a HUGE attitude adjustment & let the other girl take the blame for her mistake!! How selfish are you? We were shorted on tenders. The list goes on!! No compensation for wait time from the manager who then offered a cookie after I complained...you can keep that. Won't return to this location it SUCKS!
If I could give 0 stars I would. First of all, they have commercials stating one price, a poster on their building stating a different price and then when you get to the board once again there’s a third different price for the same meal. Got a 10 piece nugget combo, fries were stuck together and cold, nuggets barely had any chicken in it, half of the “nuggets” were just breading, was supposed to get 8shrimp in another meal and only received 4! Didn’t give half of the sauces that were asked for even though it’s shown on the receipt. Overall horrible experience with not so great food. Reading all the other reviews, looks like this place may need new management and employees.
Wow what an excellent experience I juts had with the young with the pink hair!! She was polite, explained my the mac & cheese was made by a real cook…. OMG she was right I NEED 3 Mac & cheese please!! Thank you
I have put up with with getting my order messed up here long enough.. now that they have raised their prices this is unacceptable along with the fact that when I order a side of fries I get maybe 15 little things. I seriously am considering never coming here again. Chicken is great (like any and every popeyes) but for the amount of money that we have to now spend it's ridiculous that the staff doesn't care enough to at least double check and make sure your order is right.
Got a simple sandwich and coke. Sandwich is good, the coke not so much. They didn't even bother to check to see that it looks like this; or to tell me that they coke went out, and offer me another choice. When I tried to call no one picks up.
The customer service here is very elementary and disrespectful. You have employees that are constantly arguing with each other and also the customers. Very unprofessional and not customer friendly. Unorganized and overall an unpleasant place to eat to say the least. Corporate should come out and train these individuals better and not on an announced visit so they can see for themselves how their employees are acting and treating their customers.
