I don’t know if the place changed ownership or what, but there was nothing remotely Italian or New York about it. This was some of the worst pizza I’ve ever had. The best thing I can say about it is that it didn’t make me sick.
manager and workers completely disrespected me on the phone and didnt care to fix my issue. I was midlead about wings I ordered about the size and had undercooked food and Was tossed to 3 different people on the phone and when speaking to the manager guy didnt want to talk to me and handed the phone back to the phone girl I asked her to explain what happened to the manager and she said she couldnt and scouffed at me. Ridiculous customer service, I like their pizza and have ordered from them for all my major events and twice a week for sporting events 200+ a week will not be ordering here after being so disrespected again
Really poorly customer service ! I asked for 30 sweet chili wings they messed it up came back with 10 sweet chili and 20 regular no flavor I called them back they “were sending someone with the sauce “ who never came ! I called back and wanted a refund they said they were coming never came ( was very rude on the phone )
Their pizzas are really good and tasty.Fresh cheese and a lot more options available from their menu.Good customer service. Must try.
The pizza taste was really good first time eating in this place but more than half the pizza wasn’t fully cooked and really oily I never make reviews on places but this pizza was not cooked wasted money..
Wings are off the chain. Nice size wings. Had the chipotle citrus wings. Awesome. Good delivery time. The chicken fingers are real chicken breast. Order thru their app and skip the DoorDash folks. They have their own delivery people. Keep the money in the business.Great value. Just about everything but the pies come with a side of fries ?
Pizza can be cooked more, crusts are soft. Their wings and club sandwiches are pretty good. Very cheap with a large menu. Never been to physical restaurant

The customer service is trash! They mess up your order and the manager has an “i don’t care” attitude when you call to complain. They talk to you like you’re lying and make YOU come up with a solution. Not apologetic at all just defensive and weird. I will not be ordering from them again. Not worth it! I ordered loaded fries and got burnt fries, no ranch. They gave me marinara sauce and ruined my meal.
Don’t bother unless you want to be talked to and treated like garbage! We have ordered twice in a week and both times the men whom have answered have been blatantly rude and have nothing but attitudes! They clearly don’t want the business!! Or the owner needs to fire who works their now and hire people who treat customers PROPERLY!!!
