My go-to spot for breakfast. The Greek omelette was to die for! Bursting with fresh spinach, olives and feta cheese! I always feel like a part of the family at Paba's.

This a great little multi-generational family owned and run little restaurant serving breakfast and lunch. Everything is freshly prepared in-house, with homemade soups and pies. Very reasonable prices. Not at all fancy, but clean and comfortable. Family clearly takes pride on this business.
Such an amazing little American diner! I really enjoyed for comfy family vibe and will be returning the next time I am in Waterbury. Would recommend to anyone!
