The guy taking the order assumed it was okay not to get the sandwich per request based on his personal opinion. I requested a vegan sandwich with the bread gutted; he stated "oh the bread is thin so it doesn't need to be gutted". I requested gutted he then said okay, well guess what; the sandwich sucked and un-gutted. My husband ordered an meatball parmigiana and he sandwich didn't even have cheese; we called to confirm if it came with cheese and was told it did....well enough said! Food and service was less then sub-par! NEVER AGAIN. I want my money back!!!
Always great food. Sandwiches are out of this world. They do have an area to sit and eat but its ALWAYS freezing cold.
We have tried Nardellis on our way to MA to visit family a few times. Today decided New York wedges are so much better!

Nardelli's is my favorite deli in CT.Nardelli's offer's a great menu with a lot of variety. They offer cold and hot sandwiches in addition to soup's and entree's. The staff is always friendly and efficient.
I love their chicken salad! Today was on a salad- some days I enjoy it on their gluten free bun! Great service and super clean facilities.
