This place is disgusting, said the dinning room close at 11pm they locked the doors at 10:15. Have to sit in the drivethru for 20 mins for an order I placed online. Trash

What do you want me to say? The food was fine, and the drinks were good, but go to burger King instead for dirnk because a burger King large soda pop is a hole litter of soda to yourself.
They don have enough personal and are way to slow. Some times it will take more than a hour to get u're food. It's completely unaceptable for a fast food.
The meat was raw in the middle of 1 of the quarter pounders I ordered. My 4yr old son took a bite of it first and when I went to bite it, I noticed it was pink. I then broke off a piece of the meat, it was completely raw. I called the restaurant and explained to the "manager" the situation, he seemed unphased by what I was telling him. He offered me a new burger, which I declined because I will no longer be eating at McDonald's. I asked him for the corporate number, he said he did not have it on him and to look it up online. He did apologize with no remorse in his voice and said,"what do you want me to do about it?" I will be monitoring my son for any food borne illness in the next days. I am expecting a full refund and a phone call from the franchise owner/General manager/ corporate representative to speak with me about this. How can our economy afford to pay $13- 15 dollars an hour for mediocre service at a fast-food restaurant? Where is the training? Where is quality control?? My son could potentially be very sick from this. I WILL BE CONTACTING MY LAWYER SHOULD ANYTHING HAPPEN TO MY CHILD. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!
If i could rate this place 0 stars I would. I have been sitting here at the 2nd window for about 20-30 mins now, honking my horn excessively and I see employees and nobody is taking my order they’re literally ignoring me at this point. Very unprofessional this place needs new management. I’m going to the other McDonald’s from now on.
Bit into my my chicken and pulled out what I believe to be bone. McDonald’s….you got explaining to do
They don’t have no caramel for lattes.. So i ordered a regular latte 3 sugars.. Latte had absolutely no sugar. Ordered a sausage McMuffin / cheese ( no egg).. What I get egg w/ cheese no sausage.. Frustrating and hitting the highway I was just to thru with the mistakes.. Don’t use the mobile order either almost every coffe is greyed out.
As far as McDonalds go, this one is pleasant to be at. The staff is courteous, they make your food as ordered, and are very quick and prompt. I've never had any issues stopping at this location.
Food is always fresh and delicious. It’s my go to McDonald’s.
