Service took a while. The WiFi doesn't work outside when trying to do online mobile order
This is the kind of disgusting food you can expect to get at this McDonald's I expect a certain amount of grease from the food but this is insanity like they want you to go home be mad and come back so they can film it
Jypree Is the definition of excellent customer service now a days is rare but he made our wait at the drive through pleasant and worth the wait for somw apple ? pies❤️
Associate at the window was rude and mean. He talked to me like garbage. He bad for business and shouldn’t be working at a window if he can’t talk to customers the right way.
I can't get over the wait at the second window. Then there is nobody in the second window. I was waiting for My food for at least a half hour then they forgot my nuggets so that was another 10min. I've never had a problem before there.
Fresh fries, tasty Big Macs, and all at a great price (2 for $6 is putting out the competition these days!) and all served with friendliness and a smile! Very satisfied person (and belly, and wallet!)
This is the only McDonald's that there ice cream machine is always down either they don't want to serve ice cream or do not know how every single time need to drive different location to get what I need ...the employee is quick to respond that there machine is down .... Bad for business
Ordered a big mac, and when i got home and went to eat it, I discovered there was only 1 patty. They stiffed me a burger. When I complained on the McDonalds corporate app asking for a refund, the only response I got was "we're sorry you were dissatisfied, we are referring your complaint to the franchisee. He will contact you shortly". Amazingly, never heard from him or got my refund.
Staff was rude and do NOT know the menu or prices . She was beyond wrong and ignorant about how stupid she was and could NOT do simple math... Will NOT RETURN. . . Hire people who actually want to work and serve our community .....
Coffee is always hot and fresh. Service is always great a food always tastes good.
