Waited 25 minutes and the girl at the counter was mixing up the orders and kept saying I'm overwhelmed.
I placed an order online and went into the store to pick up. They decided to close the dining area so I had to go to the drive thru. They were super slow was in the drive thru line for about 45 minutes.
Worse experience ever when they making you wait 20 minutes just to take your order standing around looking lost!!!!! Go elsewhere!
Just got out of work and waited in line 10 minutes to order in the drive through for me and the other person to be told "oh ya were closed" at 10:20pm when they close at 11. Couldn't even take our orders then say that just "ya were closed" not at all happy. That's just laziness
Horrible service at this location, the food sucked after waiting 22 mins in the drive thru….they have maybe 1 or 2 low life idiots working in there….any other kfc Is better….stay away from this location if your hungry and you have things to get done….never coming back here again
Not really sure, I went on a Sunday (5/1/22) and the food was fine but I had a larger order for several people so I wanted to use the Lobby but it was locked up and the only way to order was the drive thru. Not a major problem but annoying none the less and there was no sign indicating that this was the case. If I hadn't spotted people working in the store I probably would have just left.
Chicken was terribly over cooked. I’m 28 weeks pregnant & was craving chicken so I DoorDash this & it comes hardened w no meat in the wings . Thought at least the mash potatoes would keep me satisfied but even that has a weird aftertaste. Never again! This place is so expensive for the most nastiest food .
I’ve been trying to call multiple times no answer I had order door dash a famous bowl fill up got the wrong drink no cookie to come with it and found a nasty little fly in my drink
The wings were mostly breading and the sauce was drizzled on and not covering them.And, the corn was sour not sweet!
Everything was fine until I got home and found no gravy for my mashed potatoes.??
