Been going to Jersey Mike's for years from CT to Florida and it's the best grinder for me..
Clean restaurant, service was fine. Our sandwiches were as good as any other Jersey Mikes. The consistency at Jersey Mikes is what keeps me coming back.
Mike's famous Philly steak ?. So good already thinking about when we go again what we going to have ??
Great staff.food on time.love the grinders..soon I get there my food is ready..and Eva is the greatest
I like this sandwich shop it's the best thing that ever happened in Waterbury Connecticut
Recently had catering done from this store for the Memorial Day weekend. I have to say what a great job they did. Sandwiches were delicious! Everyone loved them. thank you.
Worker didn’t want to change gloves after I watched her touch money and everything els before making my sandwich. That’s nasty. They are wearing a mask but have it pulled down, what’s the point of wearing a mask then? They do not a practice clean environment here or contamination.
I've been a customer since the opening of this location but unfortunately, due an incident several days ago, I will not be returning. After walking inside to place my order, I spent 10 minutes waiting for someone to come out and assist me. After asking to speak to the manager, I had to wait several more minutes for her to come up front and was given nothing but attitude. The good food is not worth the attitude and disrespect I received. You lost a loyal customer.
Sandwich was ok. $18 for Salami, pepperoni and cheese and mayo only on a sub. Needless to say I'll never go back even Nardellis is cheaper and is definitely better quality. To bad. I really wanted to like this place.
I had a good experience with the sandwiches at Jersey Mike's. My first sandwich was a mini ham and cheese. The meat and cheese was cut by the person taking my order. I did appreciate the freshly cut meat and cheese but it does create a bit of a bottle neck. The sandwich is then passed down to the station that adds all the mayo, lettuce, tomato, onion and just about anything else you would want at a good deli. The Jersey Mike juice (basically a seasoned oil and vinegar) was a nice touch. They even have a sign saying it's not really a Jersey Mike without the juice. Make sure it's added judiciously as it can get soggy if too much is applied (which happened on my next visit. All in all good marks for a "sub" from Jersey. Maybe we can get them to start calling them grinders.
