Absolutely worst Frankies around! First time I went there staffed messed up order. Wanted cheeseburger on Portuguese roll got hamburger on regular roll and hamburger was burnt. Tried again and order messed up as usual. I decided a year later I would try again. AGAIN- messed up order and hamburger was dry. Asked for a cheeseburger on Portuguese roll with raw onions - got a hamburger on regular roll. I warned husband to check but he didnt smh. Tried calling at 8:40 but no answer. They dont close until 9pm. Drive to Reidville Drive- best Frankies in area
Frankie's is a staple of my parents era and culture, 1950's. The staff is always smiling and the restaurant is very clean. The original location is a drive-up restaurant/counter that everyone in town and surrounding areas go to in the summer for hotdogs and burgers, they have also evolved with the vegan craze offering veggie burgers and fried veggies & hop over to Carvel ice cream next door, completes a fun summer day.
Fantastic place to grab a burger, onion rings, and other foods. The chicken sandwich is also really good.
Go there all the time and spend a lot of money, this time I went in and they refused to give me bbq sauce said I had to pay for it, I didn’t want ketchup or anything just one bbq for each order of fries and I ordered 3 orders. They said I had to pay for it because bbq doesn’t come with fries. Then they stood there in front of me and had the nerve to talk about me like I couldn’t hear them. But they will give u tons of ketchup for free don’t make sense. Also, I asked for utensils she rolls her eyes and gives me one fork and one knife and I had to ask for another set she gave me the other with that same bad attitude then had the nerve when I was putting them in the box to mumble YOUR WELCOME under her breath WOW REALLY. The owner would be EMBARRASSED if he saw what they did because he is ALWAYS friendly and professional
The food was decent. I recommend telling the staff every single little item you would like to have included in your order.Example: Ordered three "Irish with bacon"... Got a regular hotdog, bread. And two slices of bacon. Nothing "Irish" at all
Used to be my favorite fast food! Gone so downhill. My cheesburger tasted as if it were cooked 3 days prior! No thanks
Frankie's is a National Treasure. Everything, from the friendly staff to the food is top notch. 10/10

We visit often. Love the paintings on the windows. Food is always fresh and hot. Staff is kind. Can get crowded at times.
Normally slow at this location but good food ...well today it was 30 mins in line waiting...and another 10 mins at the pay window...people driving off after they ordered left and right because it was so bad..by far the worst experience I've ever had at frankies
