Been going here for years, won't go anywhere else, the food and service is constantly awesome
What a fabulous find! This little place had friendly and efficient service, (Thank you manager Joe!) it was spotless, and the food was delicious. I was on a road trip across New England and wanted to stop for a lunch break at someplace with a local flair. I could not have picked a spot with a better vibe nor better food. I will make this a regular stop on all my trips from now on!
Loved their pork bean hot dog! Their sweet potatoe fries were delicious! Husband ordered hotdog with coleslaw and pulled pork, it was good too! Will definitely revisit. This lunch hit the spot! Woohoo FRANKIE'S.
I work for a group home company and every Saturday one of my clients goes to Frankie's for lunch. He is disabled and behavioral so it's easier to go through the drive thru to get our food. We are not allowed to order and pay for food together due to money tracking policies, everything needs to be in separate transactions. Today when we went to the drive up to place our order the person taking the order gave me a hard time because I asked for 2 separate order so I can get myself lunch. I was told, "we don't do that, we will make an exception this time but next time you need to come inside" I was trying to explain to the staff that I had a handicapped individual with me and that's why I couldn't go inside. The staff member rudly cut me off and asked for my order. There was no line at the drive thru and no reason to be so rude. I've gone here before and had no issues placing 2 separate orders and definitely never had issues at the Chase Ave location. No other establishments we visit with a drive thru gives us a hard time. They should reevaluate their staff training at this location.
Very friendly and effecient staff. Food was amazing! The whole store is more like a museum rather than a restaurant. 10/10!!
Literally order stuff without certain things so my burger isn’t soggy just to help us both out but you guys can’t even get that right how’s is the bun more liquid than my drink . Do better
The food at this location isn’t good, not the first time either, I just ordered the fried chicken sandwich (chicken burger) and it was burnt really bad couldn’t eat it had to throw it away, ordered fried broccoli and it’s mushy and oily, the breading is poorly coated and slides off, other locations seem to be better
I've been coming here for the last 2 years. Last 2 years I go less often because the quality had diminished. I've eaten here 8 times this year always on a random I'm lazy something quick moment. Each time the burger that I REQUEST WELL DONE is ALWAYS raw on the inside and burnt on the outside. You guys are local, I don't nor expect McDonalds speed nor quality that's why I'm eating at your establishment. I know you cook to order STOP serving quickly but losing quality. My burger shouldn't be thrown together like kids play food. DO BETTER!

Delicious hot dogs ? in a variety of styles. Even naked they have delicious condiments at no extra charge. Toasted buns are always a plus ➕ and they have Birch Beer soda! ... ALWAYS a plus as well.
