I have been to this restaurant quite a few times old owners and new owners. The food is delicious. The problem is there is no printed menu. Every time I go there the price they charge you is different every single time. -(For the same dish) So you don't know what it's going to cost you.
An excellent place to go the food is amazing very friendly people, place is always clean and the food fresh with a grand and varieties I love El Encanto .
Saw a roach while purchasing my food yesterday. Helped the woman who served me kill it, she was very apologetic. I called to return it today and Yesenia/Yesi laughed at me over the phone and said “no one returns food during Covid-19, this is a joke and you’re just going to have to deal with it.” I’m astonished at the lack of customer service.
