Can't go wrong with DD. Best coffee non of the Starbuck garbage. Nice large black coffee no sugar. Coffee as it should be
I don't know what it is about Dunkin' donuts staff but they ignore you until you start waving your arms and asking for help they pretend like they're overly busy and sometimes they are busy but when you're standing there at least acknowledge my presence
❤? my ice green tea & my daughters frozen mocha sadly they don't have lemons anymore & that's kinda upsetting as i like couple in my hot or ice tea.
I ordered decaf, I have a heart condition and I received caffinated coffee wich made me feel so sick and so for that I gave it 1 star.

One of the best Dunkins that I have ever been to. Massachusetts could never compare to this store! Customer service is spot on, and order is right everytime.

Wrong order in drive thru....not the 1st time. Even had a different customer's name on the coffee. I didn't take my receipt because it was a coffee...they said people try to get free coffee all the time by saying their order was wrong. I'm not other people. When my coffee was incorrect in the past, I didn't say anything, this time I'd had enough!! After telling the story to 3 people, they finally gave me the correct coffee.
At Reidville Dr, been going to drive in since Covid started. Sometimes it’s hard to understand what the person saying due to my being deaf. Also hard behind the mask. Used to have totals ready outside but that broke, never fixed it since. Try my best to understand what they’re saying behind the mask, I tend to repeat what the total was, sometimes right, sometimes wrong. I always say thank you in sign language
