This Chipotle actually had friendly and attentive staff I don't know why it would be any different than any other one but it is it's right off the Berlin turnpike and it's the same as any other Chipotle my burrito fell apart at this place which I wasn't too happy about but that's how it goes....
Let me start off by saying I’ve only been here a few times. And each time was not a pleasant experience. 1) the manager Arta has no customer service. She rushes you at the drive thru window she literally told me to hurry up!!! 2) I asked for extra cheese on a wrap and wasn’t even give that. 3) the manager seems to be rushing her workers because they always tell us to move up even if it’s a simple order. I’ve never been rushed at a drive thru. I worked drive thru and never ever rushed a paying customer. I don’t have my receipt which is why I’m writing a review. I might just go back just to get one so I can write a survey. The quality of food and drinks are good but the service at drive thru isn’t. The manager will be at the window right behind her worker breathing down their necks! It’s so rushed. Maybe walking in is a different experience. But drive thru is NOT it !
Dunkin (how pretentious no Donuts) still makes a good cup of coffee. I've yet to find a "special or winter" blend that I really liked. A couple of the donuts that they do carry are pretty good. I'm not a big fan of most of the sandwiches they carry. I see people ordering them so I guess it's me. Their drive up window is a big plus. Some mornings it's nice not having to leave the car and fight the crowd. The drive up generally moves people thru quickly. I do appreciate the efficiency.
Nice & Hot!It's virtually impossible this time of year to ever get your breakfast back to wherever you were going w/o it being super cold.... {I ate mine on the drive home; the bacon made me do it!} I Ordered (2) Bacon/Egg/Cheese on Plain Bagels (I keep it pretty basic) & (2) coffees...Got home, handed my fiance the keys and the D&D's (Later he said he's couldn't believe how fast I must have gone bc it was nice & hot + coffees were made ?*Idk what kinda magic they got working!? But everything seems to stay hot until I get to where I'm going! & (never burned either!)
Very fast and my order was spot on.
Great experience from beginning to end. Called and they were pleasant. Drive through: nice person. And they got my order right. I got a medium holiday blend with almond milk and sugar. It was SOOOOO good. Thumbs up ? ?

Doesn't even deserve a 1. The coffee stinks and the service is worse. They always get the easiest order wrong.
This location is the worst. Don’t listen to orders and when i asked to remake mine the manager was trying to tell me that’s how it is when i get it everyday it’s not like that and I’ve worked for Dunkin for years.
Everytime I come to this dunkin machines are shut down due to cleaning. Back before covid cleaning was done after closing. Do you want business or not? Smh
