This DD is by far the worst DD I've ever been to. I've been to this establishment about 4 times within the last month & every time has been a failure. Customer service is awful. For example, when I walked inside, the cashier was on her way out so she said someone will be right with me. I stood there for about 5 minutes while the employees looked and ignored my presence as they continued on with their day until I walked out.The second time was a similar experience until I verbally asked for assistance and was greeted by an annoyed teenager.Aside from poor customer service, my coffee was poorly made, EVERYTIME. The coffee was either old, cold, or unflavored.I given this establishment multiple chances, as I know fast-food can get hectic but no. Its inexcusable and I'd advise everyone to keep driving down the road to McDonald's or something.
coffee is always nasty. no matter what kind I order. ALWAYS DISGUSTING. these people must not clean the coffee machines, cuz it's far worse than simply old burned coffee.
I go here every morning everyday all week the staff are very polite and always get my order right

Each time I go, I am greeted and the staff are friendly. They know their regular customers! I feel appreciated when I go and love this place!
BEST DUNKIN EVER!! I love starting my day with the friendliest staff ever! Always a Good morning before taking my order and beyond polite during taking my order. And the important part my coffee order has NEVER been wrong. And please don't let the line fool you they move it through so fast. I get my coffee here because I pass it on my way to work BUT I also drive here to get my coffee on my days off passing 2 other Dunkins on the way the staff is that good!!!
