I have been coming to this location for 12+ years they’ve been through so many people all the good people left, they have a handful of good workers that are constantly miss treated. My coffee is most of the time sour or watery, I wait 20 minutes in the drive-through to then have to go and have my coffee remade! Do better Fatima and Gibson!
Bad customer service They always get the wrong order
This place was my savor all through covid. But now some of these workers not friendly, don't even say can I help you or whatever their supposed to say at speaker. I put in a app order (so it's actually on print to read) and still can't get it right. Smh And they don't want to give refunds or switch the coffee. Like I ordered it messed up.
The girl that had the braids at the register did not give good service in my opinion, no name tags so I can’t even say who she is, got my order wrong the first time by disregarding the fact that I said HOT, skim milk, caramel macchiato but proceeded to make an iced macchiato, had to tell her that it wasn’t what I asked for, she made the macchiato but it does not taste correct nor did she mark it as a caramel macchiato, forgot to give me the apple fritter until I came back, I told her “I also asked for an extra pump for espresso” which wasn’t charged for either and she had the audacity to look at me and say “hun, I’m saving you money. Cuz if I had charged you for an extra pump of espresso it’d be more expensive.”Sorry but the woman with the blonde hair talking on the phone was way more helpful towards the customers than the girl with braids and the blonde woman wasn’t even on the clock.
Service is good. But they definitely could use more assistance on the night shift.
Not very good with dash orders. The store is too small to try and have customers and theses dash orders. I tried going inside because the line was long for the drive thru. Huge mistake all the people inside are doing the drive they orders because they are timed. So now I can’t order because there isn’t anyone at the register. The people picking up the dash orders are angry because they can’t get any help either. All I wanted was a coffee and some sweets for movie night. Needless to say that didn’t work at this Dunkin. I had to leave with nothing after waiting and never being acknowledged for 8 minutes. Well it was longer but when I started to time it I left 8 minutes in. It’s been awhile since I left a review, but this one I had to put in. I have some good ones coming. I guess now is the time to order and have it dropped off to me and let others deal with the nonsense.
Great coffee. Quick and convenient when traveling. Made to order sandwiches and decent selection of donuts.
Nina is the best, makes my coffee perfect. And she interacts well while waiting on my food. Try the sweet foam!! ?? it's delicious.
Literally so annoyed that 9/10 times I order a LATTE, which i pay almost $5 for I’m given regular coffee in my cup with the latte label! I’ve even brought my cup in once complaining to the manager. This is super inconvenient for people like me who come here all the time expecting what I paid for especially before work. So disappointed.
Edited Review: Owner take Note; Downgrading from 5 Stars to 1 Star. I'm not sure what happened to this location in the past 2-3 weeks. Delays in service speed, incorrect orders, poorly trained staff, unsolicited rude comments from window people and general cleanliness have become the norm at this location. I'm not sure of why this sudden decline - been a regular customer for the last 6 years and I'm not one to write poor reviews unless warranted. Customer lost.
