The "blizzards" I've ordered on 2 occasions now have been like soup. Very displeased with the quality and taste of their ice cream. They've really gone downhill.
Food is typically decent. but the last few times i’ve been there’s always some rude white chick screaming at the staff. that’s not how you manage.
Incorrect colors despite call to confirm days prior. Was promised corrected colors and cake was not ready. Tried to redeem situation by providing a discount. What's worst was that I was given cake that was frozen like stone. Couldn't serve cake at the party.
Went to the drive-thru on Chase Ave in Waterbury and the line wasn't too long so I didn't have much of a wait. I ordered a small cherry dip cone and a small blue raspberry slushie. I was surprised when she told me it was like $6.78 for two small items. Even though the desserts were delicious I feel it was definitely overpriced. That being said I'll probably still end up going there again but next time I'll make sure I use the dairy Queen app so I can get some discounts
Ordered a cake days in advance and received confirmation for the order, for pick up this past Saturday (6/11/2022). When I arrived for pick up, they took my name and payment. Then after waiting a little while, they came out and told me that the cake was not made! Said they didn't know why and the only thing they can do is refund me or to take one of premade cakes in the cooler. I declined, as that was not sufficient, and asked them if they can make the cake and I will pick it up upon opening the next morning. They agreed to do that, but no apology was made and I was not even offered a discount or any compensation for the inconveniences of my pre ordered cake never being made. Not to mention I live out of town, and had to make two trips for something that was supposed to be done. I sent corporate a message through the dq website regarding this, which states it will forward to the franchise owner. I still have yet to receive any response from either. Very disappointing and unprofessional
This was my third time coming in I was working and I had the peanut parfait and my consumer who I was with got the brownie sundae the staff was very nice, courteous and helpful a great experience.

ordered four cheeseburgers and none of them had cheese on it, very little sauce, no pickles and one of them was just a plain hamburger. literally nothing on it. and i had to wait 10 minutes for this order. only good thing were the fries and ice cream. everytime i go here there’s an issue.
Food is same as usual but the price of everything there is ridiculous over $35 for 2 small burgers 2 cokes and 2 small blizzards. DQ has been over priced for years but they have finally went too far, no more DQ for me and mine.
