My order was good. My friends order was wrong twice and our molten lava cake had a piece of spinach in it

Wasn’t clear on Uber wats what the mealCame with and thought this order came with rice especially since each meal was 20Dollars each and I ate this at the restaurant and it was very delicious but when it comes to delivery you guys need a little bit better help and my food was cold how long my food sitting
Food was very good and you don't need a mask if up to date with shots. The problem short staff because nobody want to work . Can't blame Chile they pay good. It's just people just want free money like a another stimulus check.
Would give zero stars if I could. Went in to pick up a to-go order for 3 items: a small appetizer sized salad, a side of loaded mashed potatoes and the chicken Cajun pasta which ended up taking the longest because “everyone in the restaurant was ordering it” Ended up waiting almost 3 hours for my food to then be extremely cold including the chicken pasta which was going to be “heated up”and for them to just place my order on the rack without saying the order was ready as if I haven’t been waiting a long time. And no compensation or explanation why the food was taking so long. I would have left after 20 min of waiting but I paid online so I thought what was the point. So disappointed because I love and always come to this chilis. And not a manager was in sight to assist with customer service even though there were multiple angry customers waiting hours for their to go orders.
I understand that many places are short of staff... but, What are the managers and the company doing with many of this restaurants??? This Chili's have been short of staff since 2 year ago!! I've been trying to visit it again, but there's always wrong happening each time. Sometimes there's no cooker, or tables are full without staff, or the bar is closed... What is going on? What are you doing with your employees? If they are not doing something to help this place to revive, they are going to loose this spot. What a shame!
0 stars. I understand they were short staffed tonight but I have never felt so disgusted with not only the service & food quality in my entire life. I paid for food and drinks that came out wrong. I received my entree first never got one of the starters out, never got my drinks either. At this point I wanted an alcoholic beverage which I ordered for me and my best friend. However it tasted like a dirty 1 year old sponge. I tried to get the servers attention 3 times and with no luck I proceeded to pay for my order and walked to the bar. Asked to get my drink re made or to get something else and instead of making things right I was told my the manager “Linda” that there is nothing she can do since I paid for my order already and I would have to pay for an additional drink. Will never return to this place and suggest all people I know to mot come to this location. If you are a manager the least you could of done is taken the drink I didn’t touch off my bill if you didn’t want to re make one. I hate people like this and if I don’t get a response from someone I will make it my job to report this business to the better business bureau.
It was very busy and looked to be short staff. But we did not wait long for a table for 6. And the food was great. Cooked perfect
Last Saturday visited. Our food was super cold. One of our drinks spilled over by one of the servers. They forgot some of the food ordered.. Also I was charged double for a plate I had to send back because it was ice cold, was told I'd get a refund by a lady manager and a week later no refund still. Awful experience.
Placed a curb side order and left a tip! I had to go inside to get my own food and the staff was playing around while my food was just left sitting there while I was waiting in the curbside pickup for 30 minutes. Bad serviceUpdate: my order was wrong they did not even include all the ingredients on order.
