I love taking my children to have Burger King on Reidville Drive in Waterbury... The food is always fresh and good customer service. No matter if it's Drive thru or dine-in you will be taking care of. And some of you who don't know. The coupons that they send out... It's two per order trust me they help tremendously.
It didn't rain! This is nasty OIL! it's leaking everywhere! (This was like this on Sunday, July 17th 2022! Omg why is no one doing something about this my pants got ruined and soaked in oil! This is not good for the environment so I'm going to have to report you unfortunately! There's no excuse to let this happen! Whoever is in charge and responsible for this place should be fired for laziness and not being responsible!

Take all these reviews seriously before eating there!!! Worst place ever. Ordered two burgers and a chicken sandwich from drive thru and got home and found no chicken sandwich. Really!! You can't even get three things into a bag. And if course I was charged for it. Stay away from this location!!
Oh burger King, what happened to you?? I hate saying this, but I haven't been to a burger king in years, that's been good or even ok.. I remember when Burger King & McDonald's were equal & we would have to choose between the 2, now we just got to Mcdonald's or Wendy's or even Dairy Queen, but never BK anymore..
They have improved a lot in service and time but now they lacking on bacon. Buy food almost every day ask for cheese and bacon on my woper but never get the bacon only the cheese. They will steal people money never put bacon jet charmer for bacon.
