Usually I never have a problem ordering from this place but today for some reason if I ask to have something cook a certain way they don’t wanna do it and will give you an attitude GHETTO idc and I’ve worked in food before so smh also if something falls out they will throw it back in ? so yeah I’m not eating here anymore
Burger King was awful. Service never good. Never friendly. Food is old & cold but always waiting as if its fresh. Use to love this place but both restaurants in Waterbury in the 17yrs. I've lived here are have always been bad. I think they changed for the better so my kids & I go but no they haven't. Need new employee's to know how to cook'!
I really enjoy BK. I'd probably get it more often, but three portions seem too get lower and lower over time. Is it just me and my experiences, or does most whoppers start off looking like only a bun? Still really delicious though!

Went and got 2 fries and a drink the worker had such an attitude it took her almost 5 min to get my drink and she literally threw my fries in the bag which fell all out remind you I was the only person there no line nothing I will never come here again such horrible service on top of that the manager was next to her watching her do it.
