Good afternoon...On 7/2/22, I had picked up a 1/2 tray of EGGPLANT PARMAGIANA that I pre-ordered (hot, and ready to serve)...It looked delicious until we attempted to cut into it....The first layer was cooked, but the remaining layers were too thick, not breaded or floured, dark black in color, and not edible in any way, shape, or form...It was a total embarassment and humilitating to serve to my guests...We had to toss it in the garbage...We have ordered eggplant grinders in the past, and they were always good....It was a very expensive attempt at what Eggplant Parmiagiana should be.. I was very disappointed and embarassed..Thank you...
The best deli I have ever been to. The selection is vast for the space, decently priced, and the grinders put Subway to shame. Highest recommendations!
Wash your hands before you make someone's food that's the rules obviously no one trained that guy correctly I will never ever eat at this place again. Have a nice day
Absolutely love it. I live in the neighborhood where Ann's is and I can get so much from there. The deli meats are always fresh, coffee is great, prepared foods are delicious and fresh. This deli is all around the best. Very very friendly customer service.
The cooper cheese here is great, my new favorite, recommended by this very handsome Italian boy. Sadly, I think he’s left, as he hasn’t been there the past few times I’ve gone. I never got your name, cute man, but I will miss you- thank you for the cheese recommendation. Very sad that he didn’t return to give me more cheese

The staff is great especially that little Italian boy in my 18 years of life I never had a more positive experience with an employee then talking with Jeremiah 10/10 will go again just for him, food was good too not gonna lie
Ann's deli is one of the best delis in the city
Its a great neighborhood deli. They don't do alot of specialty grinders or foods like some deli's. It is all classic deli stuff like deli meats and cold salads. There's no fancy grinder names here. But if you want a ham and cheese you got it , and its reasonably priced. Plus there's a few take home meals left in the fridge case like stuffed shells.
I've been going here since I was a kid and recommend it for anyone visiting in the area.
