How can people say these bagels are AMAZING. You clearly dont know bagels than. This place is terrible and has gone way down hill not even Robert Irvine can fix it. The bacon is raw the bagel was soaked in grease will never be returning.
Absolutely disgusting place inside. IF anyone watches “restaurant impossible” this should air as an episode. NO happy faces terrible customer service and don’t even get my started on the faces they make while taking orders. the girl at the register has such a stank face. As far as the food goes…looking at the floor and seeing dust hang from the ceilings I WILL NOT BE BACK
The bagel was great would have been better if I received the cream cheese I asked for, I know I paid for the specialities. But I got plain and discovered it to late to go back
I wish the customer service was as good as the bagels, unfortunately not the case I wanted some bagels for Christmas morning so I placed an order over the phone and paid as so I could just pick them up no problem...WRONG when I went in the 3 girls were helping people or cleaning up the bagel crumbs, after a while finally someone asked if I was all set I said no I told her I just need to pick up my order she preceded to say the other girl can help you, I said they're just right behind you, then after a few more minutes I said excuse me I just need my order, FINALLY I get it but no cream cheese as I ordered 2. I have to say again I didn't get my cheese she tells me go pick them out in refrigerator I go No scallion cream cheese ,I tell her she says oh we're sold out, I said but I ordered it, She didn't care ,no I'm sorry, take one on the house or anything, I had to buy my own scallion at the store to make my own....RIDICULOUS they just can care less with customers I believe ☹☹
The lady in the front was very rude. I waited for a little while before she even acknowledged me and then when she did proceed to take my order she gave nothing but attitude. This was the first and last time I would come back to this place.

Asked for two blueberry bagels with cream cheese toasted and they weren't toasted. Then asked for a dozen half plain and half cinnamon raisin and they gave me all onion. If I didn't have to be in Milford I would asked for a refund. On top of that I tipped because you served me before 6. Thanks for nothing
My favorite bagels in the area, and their scallion cream cheese is always a favorite at my house. The only complaint I have is that the customer service can be a bit rough. When we were checking out this last time, the cashier was on the phone handling an order and checking us out at the same time, and when we paid and left, we got the wrong food and had to go back in. I know they’re busy, so I cut them some slack, but you can’t help but be a little annoyed. I’ll still be coming back though, you really can’t beat their bagels!
Great fresh bagel made to order. Sometimes I wasn't able to eat the whole thing. Go when you are hungry for a good breakfast sandwich.?
