No sign of "No eat-in" on doors. People parked their car, tried all doors, before a man (who was eating in at a table with 3 others) came out and said "No eat-in" !They missed one item from my order.The food is good though.
I ordered online through the app for an in-restaurant pick up because I know drive thru can be super busy. App confirmed they are open for pick up in the restaurant.When I arrived all the doors were locked without any signs. I call them and the employee says they are only open for drive thru which had an enormous line. I ask if I can just come in and grab my order from the counter and the employee hung up on me.I had to wait 20 minutes in line and basically wasted all of my lunch break. I would not recommend this location. Super poor fast food experience and that’s saying something…
So far my orders have been correct and they've never been out of product.The staff are friendly and honor requests without an attitude. They always get my order correct.The parking lot is another story. It's always been awful. Even after fixes are made, within a few short months, it's back to awful. Go slow and you'll be fine.
I'm leaving a three-star review and I think that's being a little generous considering the woman that works there older black lady very rude very disrespectful I went in there today had a problem with the app went to show her what was going on and all I hear from her is I'm not the one, Well then she shouldn't be working there. Food is decent the other employees wonderful, but that one woman she brings everybody else down. She's disrespectful to other employees she's disrespectful to customers she shouldn't have a job there. Worst parties I think she's a manager
RUSH EVERYTHING THEY DO. Get employees who care! I ask for simple things in my burger like bacon jam or avocado. And every time I ask they still manage to mess it up! But atleast they will make sure to charge u right. Also for "never frozen" food sure comes out cold. I can keep going but ima stop here. Get your self some employees who care or atleast pay them more so they are properly motivated.
Worst wendy's for UberEats at night! The workers are lazy and to busy playing around or sitting on their phones while uber drivers wait 20-30 minutes for orders we accepted 10 minutes before even arriving to the restaurant! Only making this review because it was 3 nights in a row we sat 20 minutes or longer for fries.Staff is very rude as well!Management needs to step up their game and train or hire better employees.
I went through the drive through around 11pm with my friends and the staff was rude and unprofessional. After I told her my order first, a 10 pc spicy nugget, she asked me anything else. I told her "one second" as I turned to my friends to ask what they wanted and she just rudely and loudly says "hellloooooo." It took forever for them to serve the two cars in front of us, which one of them came back to get a missing item. It took forever to get our food, they gave (and maybe charged) for a baconator instead of the son of a baconator, which was SMOTHERED in ketchup, AND THEY FORGOT MY 10 PC NUGGET! Will never go here again. There are so many other options on this strip that I'd rather go to after this experience
It looks like they are struggling to Make it. I don't want to add a negative review because I know that this location has a few long-term employees that are extremely good people. I will say that our fast stop for dinner was nothing of the sort. Hopefully things get better
Got this lone old lady working here food took 15 minutes to come out when I get it the order is wrong and cold with no sauce. Pay more to your employees and hire better staff to please. Fast food companies make so much money how they gonna have such terrible service.
Every time we go through the drive through when it’s not busy and they mess up the most simple things like making a burger plain and today I went when no one was there and I find a bread clip in my sandwich???!! One of the worst Wendy’s ever
