My friend and I went to get lit teas, although my first time at this place I am familiar with nutrition teas/shakes. Walking in was awkward, maybe music would help release the uncomfortable tension. We only wanted teas but the lady pushed us to order shakes as well because of the “promotion”. It was said as if we didn’t have an option to NOT get a shake. We put in orders (hesitated) and paid. Before leaving I said, “will we always have to buy both?” and she said “No, but it’s what we recommend”. I take responsibility for not being adamant about only ordering a tea, however, she knew we only wanted teas when we first spoke and phrased the promotion as the ONLY option. And then to top it off, these shakes/teas are expensive (anyplace you go). We should’ve left and went to Bliss Nutrition. Never going back here. 2/5 stars because the tea/shake was decent.
Love the shakes! Staff is great and knowledgeable! Highly recommend.
They have a great selection of drinks and a friendly and helpful staff.
I want to give it 5 stars, but I feel like it’s missing something. Needs a bit of spice somewhere. Maybe a bit more of a hyped welcoming customer service or maybe if it weren’t so quiet in there-way too quiet when I went in and felt a bit awkward. I do however love the drinks I have tried so far and look forward for my next visit.

Kids love it there. They love the teas. They were all a fan of the PB shake with chocolate chips and whipped cream.
Everyone is super friendly and extremely helpful for first timers and to their loyalty customers who can't make up their minds
Staff is so friendly and knowledgeable on their products!Shakes taste like dessert!Cookies are always fresh. Its so nice to have healthy options nearby!
DO NOT visit here. The owner/manager does not understand health codes and/or has very little knowledge of health code standards. Basket of pre-packaged cookies out on a counter marked as "keep refrigerated". I called to ask what the proper procedure would be because I didn't want to consume it and become ill. Staff member told me that it's fine because they "put them away every night so they don't get moldy". I explained that this is not accurate and certainly not up to health code standards. Manager/Owner called me back. Long story short, she told me they are allowed to have the cookies out on the counter even though it says "keep refrigerated" for the entire day and put them away at night because they "have very little ingredients in them". She also stated that their shops are "kept cool at like 70 degrees". In my line of business, I follow health code with food & nutrition. These standards are completely false! Someone is going to become very ill. Please do not shop/make purchases at this business. I questioned the Manager/owner further about the process, she stated she "doesn't have to explain her business practices to me" and proceeded to hang up the phone. There is absolutely no excuse for this, the standards are not followed by any means. I called the bakery that makes the product. They indicated under no circumstances should the cookies ever be left out on the counter and must be refrigerated per health code standards. In response to your note. YOU CANNOT LEAVE THEM OUT FOR 4 HOURS AND THEN PUT THEM IN THE FRIDGE AGAIN, YOU MUST DISCARD THEM! Please again, educate yourself so someone does not become ill. Also, your "baker" is an outsourced company which my Executive Chef called based out of Long Island. They confirmed they must be refrigerated and can only be out on the counter for a max of 4 hours. Again, correct your standards.
