Ordered the cod sandwich. It was a frozen filet that took up only half the bun. No taste at all. Fries looked and tasted like cardboard. They were obviously reheated or recooked and no seasoning. Burgers are all cooked to medium well per the menu just like McDonald's or burger King. Very likely they are frozen too. There's much better choices in town for the same price range.
This is a great little spot! We just had the Oh My Cod and the 49er (Chicken fried steak with gravey) sandwich. Very tasty food at a reasonable price for these times. I recommend for everyone to try them out!
The food looked great on Uber eats ,boy was I fooled . My hotdog and sandwich was completely drenched in grease / oil to the point that I couldn’t even pick it up to eat it because the bread fell apart . Quick $35.00 down the drain
Really good food. The waitress was really nice. Even though it was busy she made sure everyone was taken care of. Definitely going back.
Very friendly service. For a small restaurant , very open inside with plenty of space between tables.Hand cut fries are very flavorful and large portions served.Meals were prepared quickly and cooked to order.Had chicken fried steak with sausage gravy and baked beans and corn muffin. All were cooked perfectly. Chicken fried steak was best I have had in a very long time. Corn muffin was moist and sweet with a distinctive corn taste , like homade. So good I got a couple to go.My fiance had a bacon cheeseburger that was very well prepared and very tasty.Very extensive menu for a small place .Plenty of variety with lunch specials.Waitress asks if you want dessert and tells you the desserts available. Also was told of menu specials before ordering.As advertised this is American comfort food.I am sure we will be returning to enjoy other tasty items from the menu.
Had this food about a year ago, outstanding, ordered today, not good. What happened? The oh my cod dinner was a greasy flat fish stick. Kansas pork sandwich was like a muddy spread. Tater tots were soaked in a brown paper bag with grease. Hope this was just a bad night, like the owners.?♀️
Recently had one of the best gyros I ever had. Can’t wait to go back and try the other things they offer. Very friendly staff and atmosphere.
Amazing food! Everything on T their appetizer menu is to die for. additionally, they have an amazing variety of food ranging from burgers, fries and mac and cheese and several specialty items like pork wings, greek dishes, and seasonal dishes. The calamari sticks were my husbands favorite!
What a delightful find. Chuckwagon has a nice variety on the menu. Totally NOT what I expected. I ordered the chicken and waffles, pretty darnes good. My friend ordered the gyro sandwich, he said it was delicious.The sweet tea was just right... flavorful but not overly sweet.The decor matches the name and menu. I think it was the owner that waited on us. He was very friendly and attentive.I have been in this area many many times and never knew it was there. Easy to find and plenty of parking out front.Take a few minutes and stop by... your tummy and wallet will thank you.
I ordered 150 wings and an appetizer platter from the Chuckwagon, and everyone at my Super Bowl party LOVED them! They were extremely reasonably priced, everything tasted delicious, and the staff was super kind. I can't wait to order from them again.
