This location is BOMB! As a new Starbucks Lover, they have helped raised the bar in customer service. The customer in front of them is their only care because there are customers like me who know nothing, and need complete assistance on ordering and how it works. At Dunkin, they have never cared about getting your order right, but the employees let you know that you are important. So when I go in there or wait in the drive thru line, I prepare for a few extra minutes because I am going to assume that they are giving each car or customer in front of me, the same exact care! Thank you for all you do!
I dont often stop at Starbucks, I think it's a novelty coffee shop that sell burnt coffee like dunkin donuts. As we all know they are very pricey and woke. Waited some time to be served as the folks behind the counter laughed, giggled and chatted amongst themselves. Didnt get my order right, I think the improvement can be to have less wholeness, chatter and more customer service.

By far, the best Starbucks I've been to maybe ever. The staff is so friendly and I love their question of the day. My drink is always right. I go out of my way to go to this one.

I drove up to the drive thru and my rim scratched against the concrete that's sticking out, completely unnoticeable, trying to get with in reaching distance of the drive through window!! It really messed up rim! Guy who works the drive through said it happens all the time! Why not fix it???
